DVD are still out there but the cs are definatly getting more moody, Got sex and the series series one, and the goonies triple. guy on cs tried with the difference until I mentioned overcharge policy.;)

Anyone know what these scan at? tesco on book sticker price for each was at least £1 over sel. (planet earth stickered £12.96, sel £11ish, PK stickered £9ish sel £8ish)

I bought peter Kay last week and sticker was £12.96 and sel was £12.97...scanned at £12.96..misses just taking it back now!

Re Acers post on wine discount not coming off (I can't find the orignal post!) : Just to let you know that it doesn't seem to be the Montana thats causing the problem - I tried it with 6 bottles and the discount was applied. It was the same barcode but 2004 instead of 2005 (didn't think that would matter as the barcode is identical). The Blush wine was correctly priced everywhere. Had to settle for a few Asda magazine coupons !

Just back, Fully refunded on 6 bottles of Bubbly, after a bit of a discussion with CS. Tried to give me the difference.

She said "we dont put two prices on products" then not 2 mins later a member of staff came over while I was waiting for the Manager and said "can you give me a price on this as there is two prices on the shelf".

If you have any problems with CS saying it is a different bottle, then have a look at the SEL and the Barcode on the bottles as the numbers match.

When the manager came he said they were having alot of problems with prices and that someone came in last week and got two Xboxes and tried to get a refund on them. He said they had him on Camera swapping the price labels over. Had to bite my tongue cuz it was my brother who got the refund and I know for a fact the price labels were not swapped.

We dont need to swap prices !!!!!! its easy enough without having to commit a crime!!

I got Moet and Chandon Champagne the other day but today in another store i saw the SEL 19.15 but the champagne was in a box, are they the same thing?

I did scan the champagne that was in a box & it scanned at 20.94 & they were above a SEL that said 19.15 but i wasn't sure as it was in a box & the other champagne i got the other day wasn't in a box.

I am clueless when it comes to alcohol as i don't drink the stuff at all but they'll make lovely presents for xmas
