Went to a new Tesco on the prowl for Moet, alas SEL was correct, However, bagged me a Brucie bonus ...

Tecknika mini cd system, SEL 59.xx, Scan 69.xx (28/11/06 end date)

Wriggled like worms about the SEL being out of date, I just replied "why is it still there then?".

Receipt marked up so no golden shot. I was also told that I couldn't bring it back. Asked if that included it going faulty and was told yes (tut tut, CS person, "doesn't affect your statutory rights")

Why did she chuck a tag into the box to make it bleep at security? It had already been detagged at the checkout and I had went to the car with it to alleviate excuse No.2 "You never left the shop". Had a laugh when security asked to see my receipt and it was scored out, I told her that I'd been refunded and she said "keep it quiet!". Hohoho

But you need someone to do all the girly, caring stuff. If there were not there, who else would tell you how great everything is?

Whilst waiting in Q at CS yesterday there was a Tesco employee behind me in the Q and she was moaning about the state of the company, customers come 2nd, staff come 15th, management treat staff like do dos.

And she was in uniform ! And she didnt stop when a manager arrived at the desk.

Sounds like unrest in the ranks Constantine

Sounds like someone expressing an opinion. Don't worry, that sort soon gets spotted and taken care of at their next performance review. Keep your eye on your local fast food joint...bound to be there soon enough.

Constantine, I only really commenting on the Managers that get called to the CSD. OOH managers always pass the buck in my experience There is no point mentioning them or the PM's in the store structure

Maybe in future i will go in to great detail, if so how much?

Does anyone know if the triple dvd packs will be changing price from tomorrow, remember reading on the thread a few days ago about this :huh:

I know, just wondered if I'm gonna waste my time tomorrow and have to take them back for refund, went in a store today and they had removed all the triple packs and all the simpson, either that or all the rnr ers had been in there already.
