Had my ASDA voucher refused this morning, took the Uni-ball one though.
If a store gets hit repeatedly with voucher abuse, it will bite back eventually. They count as a cash loss against the store.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

Think you may have the wrong target there...not me that tries to use so many vouchers in single transactions that the store needs to take action to reduce the loss.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

Re Asda vouchers. I think it depends on cashier. I've had Asda voouchers refused, but they will take Sainsbury's - £15 worth off in one go yesterday on at a shop of £25. Other cashiers only allow 10%, but as most can't add up they can't tell the difference. Uniball voucher doesn't have Asda name on it so goes through ok at £4.50.0

When I worked for Tesco, the CS manager who was a bit of a !!!!!! used to tell everyone that the only place to use these tokens was bananas.com
It made no sense then, either.0 -

Initially cs said "your coming back over a penny?"
Me "Of course, i always check my receipts, ive been had before"
The lady said "You get this for free even though it's only a penny"
I said "A penny is a penny son"

Uniball we all know is scanning at £4.50
Sinex at £3.98
others at £1.28,£1.50 & £1.43 respectively.
Even got the CS to put the Carling voucher thru today from yesterdays Sun,she had to input the £3.99 tho as the system prompted her to.
Got nearly £17 off a £30 shop today :-)))
