Hi pep's has anyone got Sir T's address?
Writing a letter of complaint about the way i have been treated...:j I'm keen :j:mad: The name has been changed to protect the innocent:mad: Well almost0 -
Why, if I post some useful info on the Misprice thread at 3am this morning(which looking back it should/coul;d have been on this one ...)
Why then, (and at least 4 people had thanked me for it this morning alone), why does a MOD delete the whole post and simply not move it to the right one ...
A brief explanation would have been nice ... there's plenty of posts on that misprice thread still there that are less useful than the one I put up in regard to the champagne.....
Please DON'T delete this post either
Ahhhh ..... I take it all back ....

Chances are that if 'Tesco Travellers' have cleared out your local store - They've probably cleared out the surounding ones.
Personally, I don't have the time in between work & family commitments :A0 -

Plushchris- just out of interest, how much stuff were you averagaing in each store? did you put them with a normal food shop? just looking for tips really.
As these were stores I'm not likely to be visiting again anytime soon I was quite blatent about it, getting £40 - £70 worth of R&R in each store, if they were lucky I might have also bought a bottle of coke or mars bar/whatever, also had the OH with me so we could employ the classic "pincer movement" on CS should the need arise (and it did)
And no such thing as a normal food shop for me nowadays, I'll have whatever Tescos is offering on R&R and do the rest of my food shopping elsewhere!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -

good idea. i'm off to a store tomorrow that i won't be visiting again soon-just hope they have what i want (dvds mainly).
my OH will be with me too-can I ask (maybe sounding stupid) but what is the 'classic pincer movement'?0 -

I would hardly say I "cleared out" any of the stores I visited, I know for a fact I left quite a few mispriced items in most of the stores as I was only really after beer and DVDs for Christmas.
I actually took the liberty of hiding some of the stickered triple pack DVDs behind all the other non-stickered ones to give all the other MSErs out there a sporting chance and have told a couple of people I know who use the area they are there!
Wouldnt surprise me if most of the people that post on here saying they cant find stuff dont actually bother looking behind the non stickered things in the first place!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -

LOL
Its just a term we use when we split up an go to the CS desk seperately, it works especially well in those stores that have a CS desk on a corner so you can both visit without being next to each other, the hardest part is not looking at each other and laughing!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -

I did with the DVD's and Gorden Ramsey books last night. My local is defo on someone elses round. Started to feel the camera zooming in me after 10mins of browsing. I also started to look at the shoppers around me and thought they were looking for the same misprices. :rotfl:
