Thanks again. I just saw a SEL for £279.97 (or whatever the premium price is) for the GoW+Premium bundle. I thought that would be sufficient to get a R&R as it scans at £297.xx according to some people here. Thanks how i see it...

as far as I can tell that will be an R+R as it scans at £297. :T

now I went to CS today but I could not see their "policy" on the wall.

So how can I refuse the difference if there is no R+R policy to point out to them?

when i got mine i saw 2 diff prices
    one was 259
    an the other 279
so i knew one was wrong an knowin tesco's it had to go through at the higher price an it did
then i shown them at cc that it was priced at 259

so thats when i got my rnr

As was stated last night too I think, when there are two (or more prices) if you read the long number in small type on the bottom of the label, the last couple of digits are (as I understand it) a version number.
The highest version number is usually the price the item will scan and be charged at. In my case version 14 of the xbox label was higher priced than the version 13 label, so I just picked it up and headed straight for the till. No need to scan because there was a very good chance it would go at the higher price. Remember also you need to get through the till, over to CS, wait till you get to the front of the queue, and back to the shelf before the SEL is removed. For an Xbox I had to do that ASAP!

Always look for the small A5 sized sheets at almost all tills, the policy is shown there too.

Hi there, Ive been lurking around these forums for many years now, and to think i always just completely ignored this and other misprice threads, I must have been mad lol. Anyway a friend of mine went to a local large tesco's and they have a large sign up stating that if they have mispriced something due to an offer having just ended they will NOT honour the R&R policy. Has anyone else seen this ? Is this a new thing ? Can they do this ? So many questions lol..... BTW i am at the moment reading backwards on this thread so if I have missed the fact that this has been posted before i appoligise in advance.
  • Roses @ 2 for £15, goes through @ £15, NO r&r (Thursday)

Only you will know what your store has got, as we don't know which one that is, if you have already had some r&r's then you have got the jist already, a bit of shopping later I think.;)
    I had a plan..........its here somewhere.
