My wife tried today but one of the vouchers jammed and the till called for assistance, lady opened up and saw the asda vouchers!, had to pretend she put them through by mistake! ( All 15 of them ! )
Sorry this is a late reply - only just been doing some reading.
I expect this will be contentious but .........
I think this is sheer greed and not to be applauded as another member has done. I've used a number of Asda vouchers BUT never more than 2 at a time - putting 15 or more through on 1 transaction is stupidity and the quickest way to get Mr. T to put a stop to it.
Constantine, a Mr. T employee, in a previous post (regretably I can't find it) stated that the Tesco tills will accept other stores coupons but to do so IN MODERATION. That was surely good advice for the benefit of all.0 -

mike
It has scanned at £37.97 at 2 stores I've been to.
Fear and Gears of War also scan at the SEL price of £37.xx
Might be worth keeping an eye on them though0 -

Is their something up with the GOTW on X360? Poster says Tony HAwkes games is £37.xx, was scanning at that yesterday although SEL said £39.xx. Today though, there is a sticker blanking out the price on the poster.0

Sorry for if my post wasnt clear, it was over a few transactions, they just seem to jam up easily, and they were not all asda vouchers, some of the 15 used that day were actually tescos. They will only allow 25 % of the bill to be taken off before assistance is called anyway. Just wanted to clarify that.
And in one of the stores the til called for assistance and the assisitant saw and just let them go through.
This flaw in the system like any wont last long so make the most of it0 -

In that case, my humble apologies. I read it as though she had put through 15 Asda vouchers at the same time.
Thanks for the info re 25% - we have noticed that the first voucher seems to go through OK but the 2nd (on a fairly small shop) often seems to cause problems - that's probably why - thanks for that.
Incidentally, the Asda books with the vouchers in have suddenly become very scarce in my area. Wonder if that means there's a new edition due out soon or whether a lot of Mr T customers are collecting them.
