Just been in this morning looking for 28/11 expired offers. I can confirm that the Lite-on DVD recorder is still £67 .

Don't know if the Lite-on is mispriced but the digilogic dvd recorder at £67.97 is mispriced ;)

whilst I don't agree with, or condone, the treatment you had at Tescos at all, I can't really see why you weren't happy with the refund on one of each. If you had bought these for Christmas gifts as you say then you were obviously happy with the price you expected to pay, otherwise you surely wouldn't have bought them

So getting the refund of the difference on the other one just put you back to the price you were happy to pay, and you got one free to boot!

Or was it that you only bought them thinking you would get them both free...

and the head office number is clearly shown on the first post of this thread!
i would have accepted and took back the others:p

If this overcharging was genuinely a surprise to you, and you wish to take you complaint to the top, send your letter to Sir Tel in a pink, handwritten envelope marked 'personal'. It should get through.

Did you use a clubcard as if this is the first time this has happened it will be easy enough for them to tell, i would call up and explain everything and then depending on the outcome of the call decide what your next step is, you should have envolved the police once they arrived as the moment the manager pushed you it became assault.
