Well, he needs to be quick, because I have to get some grub in about 10 minutes. Besides which, I was getting bored with him after his second or third response.
I've only kept it going because I try to respond to all posts addressed to me - it's just common courtesy to do so.0 -
It also doesn't give you the right to assume that there's 'nothing much wrong with you'.
And tribunals get to see and inspect all that medical evidence that the DWP/Atos go out of their way to ignore.
So, as far as an informed decision about a person's medical status goes, it's rather obvious whose word is going to carry more weight.
'Far more generous' as in 'Far more fair'? Is that what you meant?
I'd say it was more the other way around.
Looks like I have touched a nerve - I did say maybe but you were ignorant of that.
The DWP read all the evidence too.
No far more generous.
You clearly know very little about the subject, that is easy to see.0 -
I don't drive
Something that has always terrified me. But thanks Melbury.
It's not so bad. Everyone gets nervous at first - you get used to it.
I never thought I'd ever pass my test first time, but I did (I got stuck behind a hearse on my test day!).
17 years later, no accidents of any kind (not even a minor 'prang').
The tip is - driving's easy. It's keeping a watch on everyone else that's the hard bit.
Then again, with the way petrol's been going up, you'd need to take out a second mortgage just to get filled up.0 -

Well, the 'maybe' can be ruled out.The DWP read all the evidence too.
Not if it doesn't get sent to them. Even if it were, maybe the DWP ignore it, or are too stupid to understand it.No far more generous.
'Generous' in what way?You clearly know very little about the subject, that is easy to see.
And what subject would that be?0 -

In your opinion.
That would be the claimants fault if it was not sent to them. I do not see why they would ignore it and I do not think the DWP would employ people who are too "stupid". There are Civil Servants who help on here so it is ignorant to call them stupid.
In the usual meaning of the word.
You really are not keeping up.0 -
