I find it quite stressful following the medical assessment, waiting for the letter to arrive from DWP advising of the result.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0

I am surprised that you were told that it was rubbish that IB assessments were far easier, we all know that they were.
I think the reason they concentrate on the newer ones is because they have more chance of getting a job whereas the long term claimants have little chance - I am not saying this is right or wrong.
I agree with you, but it is hardly fair is it? Undoubtedly there are many people who could be taken off IB and so they should concentrate on these people regardless of whether or not they are less likely to get a job. After all it is supposed to be sick benefit, not just what is more convenient:mad:Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
