    Calm down guys.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend :-)

Not much of the weekend left now. I've never liked Sundays - mainly because Monday follows it.:D

Considering that you come across as supremely ignorant in regards to what goes on with the assessment side of things, it's very easy to judge.

And even easier still for someone to work that out for themselves.

Do you actually have any more points to make, or not?

I think you will find that you are the ignorant one here as you DO ignore everything that any one else says that does not fit in with your views.

I think people can make their own judgments about things without you views on me.

You have had 2 assessments that does not mean all assessments are like yours - I know of many people who have had trouble free assessments and I also know of people who have had the decision reversed on reconsideration.

Maybe the problem is not with the Doctor/Nurse in your case but that you simply do not qualify as there is nothing much wrong with you.

    Enough points?

I do not really care, I just pointed it out before that you keep repeating yourself (as you are again now) when you were critical because I did it.

Then why do you feel the need to keep repeating that I'm repeating myself in saying that you're repeating yourself (etc etc)?

Besides, what's wrong with highlighting the virtues of audio-recording assessments?

Now you are just being childish.

Hardly. I gave you ample chance to explain what your own experience of such assessments were, and you refuse to answer.

You're right in that's none of my business, but don't expect others to take your views overly seriously if you're evasive about the 'credibility' of your own views.

I'm sure they can. Besides, I have no personal animosity towards you - we don't know each other. This is purely a difference of opinion.

I'm sure you do. I'm just speaking from my own personal experience.

I did qualify, though. When it went to tribunal, the DWP's decision was reversed. As a result, I'm just in the first stages of preparing a GMC complaint against the doctor concerned. You were saying about ignorance?

Well, one of us has to have a sense of humour, I guess. Might as well be me.

The fact that I will not answer your questions about my experience does not give you the right to assume what I say has no credibility - see you are being ignorant again.

Yes you qualified at the tribunal but it is well known that tribunals are far more generous to claimants than the DWP/ATOS. Your lack of knowledge is shining through.

And tribunals get to see and inspect all that medical evidence that the DWP/Atos go out of their way to ignore.

So, as far as an informed decision about a person's medical status goes, it's rather obvious whose word is going to carry more weight.

'Far more generous' as in 'Far more fair'? Is that what you meant?

I'd say it was more the other way around.
