    Sausage and "pea" soup?

Drain the peas and sweetcorn, put them in a pan and just cover with stock. Chicken might be best. Blitz them and then start them heating to a gentle simmer. (If you like you could keep a desert spoon of each back and put them in after blitzing. That way you have some "solids")

Adding small pinches of things like garlic, ginger and mixed herbs will help - no biggy if you don't have them - and a pinch is all you need.

Chop most of the sausages into chunks - but keep one back and chop it really fine so you have "bits".

Add them to the pan and simmer for whatever the longest heating time is on your tins.

Serve with rolls/bread and butter for dipping ;)

Thank you, thats a soup i look forward to trying!

    hi it's dried

Not necessarily, they could have just wanted it out of the cupboard ;)

sausagesandwich I would just make it up as per instructions, with some rosemary and lots of cheese through it and have it as an alternative to mash. IF you eat lamb it is lovely served with that. I made a polenta cake once which was really nice but didn't keep the recipe, you could try googling for a polenta cake recipe there will be loads I would imagine.
