Sorry to hear your news pjjjx - work off some of that anger by scrubbing the bath or floor - housework also burns calories, so it may help return you to your usual self too. Stick some music on and do a fling boogie (see post 1) to declutter around the house, and declutter calories. This may help!
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

then try to remember how to pay money into my cash ISA as I have a lump to go in there too.

If you haven't paid anything in for a year or more, then you may well have to endure filling in forms and providing proof of who the heck you are due to money laundering regulations. Hope that helps.

DH of 26 yrs walked out on me and 3 little ones.
I have put on 6lbs and am in a muddle, so I need to crack on and declutter and make a good life for me and my children.

I'm sorry ((hugs)) - lots of people here with exes (usually called KH or other rude code!) so there will be lots of advice if you want it. Make sure you're getting all the benefits you're entitled to, and don't forget to let the council tax ppl know.

Still fluttering here, but getting there slowly. The new (to us) wardrobe looks fab, but has a slight old-persons-home aroma, so I've ordered some smelly drawer liners on fleabay. Until they arrive the doors are open, and I've sprinkled bicarb in it.

Hope everyone is ok - hugs, and spoons to toots, LL, LW, mudders, & soappie

Mudders ((hugs)) for my twinny x x good idea with the poochies, give you all a break
    Sunnygirl ((hugs)) for you too
greenbee always worth putting in that you need to speak to others, even if you don't yet they may improve the offer as they all know what each other is doing

((hugs)) for all the rest who are in need or would like one, haven't got long enough to catch up with the week. Been a busy but productive half term so far. Trying to catch up more on my studying time as I'm about 1 week behind for one course and 2 for the other already due to manic few weeks. I've managed to do quite a bit of reading today whilst sat in MOT testing stations etc.

    My list for tonight

    Dinner
    3 washer/dryer loads
    Reading at least 20 pages
    Empty DW/refill
    Clear DR table
    Finish risk assessment
Find cheques - had them for months and keep forgetting
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

pjjjx big, big (((HUGS))) for you. Wish there was something more useful I could offer.
Maybe meds taking a while to kick in then. Chin up, probably annoying overseas telesales, they are still "allowed" to do the hanging up thing.
Don't know - the only thing that's been altered is the dose of sustained-release morphine has been increased.

They can't do any more with my anti-d's, I've been through everything available, since I was first put on them in 1972, and of the current ones, I'm on the highest dose they can give already.

Not to worry - it hasn't killed me yet!;)

Unusually for me, I'm really fed up :( I cut my finger badly this morning, and really struggled to get anything done. My friends took me out to see West is West (with the delectable Jimi Mistry :) in a terrible wig and 'tache  ) and coffee in Thorntons (Valli and A, W and your mum - we sat in the same table and I thought of you all :) ). This distracted me for a while, but I'm still feeling a bit fuggy in the head :o

Going to try and whizz round, then sit down with a glass of grape juice :p and a DVD.

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

pjjjx awh honey thats dreadful news - BUT you can get through this - you have 3 LO's to sort out and make a good life for you and them - if there is no hope of reconciliation then as the others have said make sure you get the benefits you are entitled to - some of them cant be backdated so dont put it off. Try to look at 1 or 2 of the good things - like not fighting over the duvet or the remote control!!!!! seriously though honey its going to be tough but you need to establish ground rules with Ex re access and money for the children and whatever else - try to not give in - get tough and get what you want - we are all here to back you - just imagine the crowd of us standing beside you when you speak to him - 1 false move or word from him and he will incur the wrath of the flyladies:eek::eek: if we can help at all just ask. (((hugs)))

not managed to eat anything just had cup of tea.

2 lots of washing all dry outside and the 3rd lot almost dry and hardly any ironing!!

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
