HHI finished. It over run somewhat but all done and put away. Although why do the jobs multiply? Linen cupboard resulted in extra washing, ironing done but have found 4 items to be mended! So difficult choice, do I clean my oven tonight or mend the clothes? Crazy Friday evening planned here then! List:
    Oven
    Doormats
    Jigsaw box
    Remake beds
Hoover house again as the rice I though I threw away is on the floor of the Tiddlywinks bedroom.

    Hugs and spoons. x

    ETA Moam, your welcome! x

Perhaps its worth asking what other people charge and try to barter the price down that way.Crossed posts with Dusty - great minds think alike! Alternatively if they genuinely have got someone in particular interested, perhaps you could have a one off viewing which if that person buys it you will be charged a lower fee as you won't have had any other marketing at that point. If they then have subsequent people viewing then the fee would be higher as they will have started marketing the property. We did that now and again in my previous life as an estate agent.
Thanks... I'll talk to her about it. If she isn't flexible then I'll just wait until Easter as planned!

AnW'sMum she must be a very happy bunny now:D

Oh she is! These are the mirrors she got. We have spent an hour in her room intially finding her floor and then sorting through some of her toys and clothes that she no longer wants/fits. I think we are going to put some of them on ebay so she can generate some cash for anything else she wants for her new room. Nanan now has the wall paper sample that she wants along with the measurements so that wall paper can be bought and hung. Then we need to order her new bed . It is all going to be very grown up, just need to make sure she has enough storage once the cabin bed has gone!

Grateful I had a meds review only on Wednesday! Which is probably why I didn't just ignore the damn phone totally, as I was still a bit wobbly after seeing the GP *rolleyes*. We're ex-directory, and anyone ringing for a genuine reason knows they're going to get the answering machine, and so need to leave a message. Come to that, anyone genuine knows to call Mr LW's mobile if they actually want a timely response! We rarely, if ever, give the landline number to anyone.

Maybe meds taking a while to kick in then. Chin up, probably annoying overseas telesales, they are still "allowed" to do the hanging up thing.

Been up all night with puppy, and I am seriously going to murder two small girls if they don't pack it in.

Really, can I please go back to work and deal with teenagers x 30, it is soo much easier??

Washing done, puppy vaccd but little else done TBH.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

LW - yep, bottling it up is her problem - as it is with everything - always find out weeks later if something horrid has happened at school, thanks for the support x

AnWsMum - Oh my gosh, DD has those mirrors and thats exactly the same type of bed she will be getting - spooky!!

Man from plumbing company has been to inspect our lack of flooring that they need to compensate us for - hoping to hear next week about it

Have booked a caravan in St Ives, Cornwall for June £208 for a small van for a week - I was chuffed at this price - but it does mean taking kiddies out of school for a week - can't see there being any probs as SATS are over with by then and the last few weeks for year 6 are spent doing not alot!!

Flying - washed up and thats about it!!

Planning to spend the day at the allotment tomorrow to dig over the beds providing the rain doesn't come

    Have a nice evening
