I'm glad you carried on with the ironing Tooch because so have I. It's getting smaller (the ironing pile). Negotiated several phone calls as well. Sorted a babysitter for DH's Party (our teenagers are coming and I haven't had a babysitter since we moved to this house 5 years ago). I have ordered 2 new bank cards one for me and one for DH as we've had a good hard look at our finances and are going to do things differently.

Kids are fighting. Its only Monday:(

Morning campers, sorry haven't been around the past few days :( Sadly I was reading the thread from last week, and read a post by MOAM with the poem "She is Gone". It bought so much rushing to me, as I had this one at my mums funeral, that unfortunately I had to step away for a while.

Anyway I am back today, and have been getting on with things. Although I have been a bit distracted by Facebook today..lol

Hope everyone is doing okay, and has enough spoons etc for what they need.

Hugs and love, especially to Toots, LL, LW and Soappie :)

Mrs C I had to laugh, I blame teenie for everything cos it IS usually him, sometimes it's me tho after I've calmed down and remembered :D makes you feel dead guilty tho :o

Funny that - I do that too - still it WAS him who...
and he is FOREVER asking me if I've turned the INTERNET off - I keep telling him that, powerful and skilled as I am I am incapable of turning the ENTIRE internet off
soup was yummy; served with lovely bread from out the baker's window - end of the day buy 2 and cheapest is free. Lovely bakers shop was a Liptons years and years ago and still has the original shop fittings/tiles. One of three shops I would recommend a visit to if ever you're in Valliland and even slightly interested in history.
Got printer cartridge from cheap printer cartridge place, been to our new Matalan DD has a cardi, I have tights and I bought DS a tee shirt - two or three of his have developed holes lately. Realised though that I was being overcharged...turns out I was being charged for two packs of tights - pleased I noticed before I put the pin in.
Bought my sister's pressie for her birthday and got 10% discount as I have a card:money:
Oh and I have samples to test for consumer research - washing machine liquid two fabric conditioners and a plug in air freshener - would NEVER buy one of those normally (am too mean;))

  • Tooch - that's what DH and I have for brunch if I'm not working, either that or poached egg. Yummy ... drool:)
