Which means I should really do a proper budget - it's just the thought of having to find all the figures0 -
He didn't realise he was charged 15p for sending a message receipt... and had automatically clicked yes to send them.. I was really cross as I had told him the month before as there were a few on there.. it was just over £190.. which considering it has a 50 cap on it I am really angry with Orange about too and will be ringing them again.. he also has a £200 gas bill in his name from the house he doesn't live in any more. so we need to sort that out too.. and he has absolutely no income at all.. not a penny!
800 texts over his limit was the first phone bill, mostly to a girl he isn't even going out with! my OH turned round and said he doesnt even send that many texts to me and we are married! then said maybe thats why... he got a cushion thrown at him for that comment.
I phoned up voda and asked if they can send a text to say he was near his limit they said it was impossible, I said three mobile sends me a text when i am near my limit so its not that impossible.0 -

Funnily enough, I just got a text from Mr LW.... all I'm saying is he'd better keep his promise!;););):D:D:D
With that, I'm going to try and clean the glass in the pictures - but just the ones I can reach from the floor, methinks.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
DD1 ran up 2 expensive bills arguing with a mate! Mate lived in London and since DD1 became really ill has been invisible. As has her mother who was happy to lean on me in trying times......
A hard lesson for both of us!
DD2 and DS have never been anywhere near a contract phone...... and won't be until they can have their own accounts! Once bitten twice shy!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Three foot high stack of unnecessary paper removed from bedroom for recycling.
Large bag of material and wool etc relocated, while I decide whether I really need to keep it.
Several large bags of educational stuff reduced to one - I really need to keep this, but need to find somewhere sensible in the house.
Stationery etc relocated.
Memory box started - I had a large cutlery box which I put aside to keep things I really didn't want to throw away - the odd letter from my Nan and Mum, programme of a concert I went to years ago, a note from DD, a drawing someone did of my favourite flower - I really ought to have that framed! The box can go on the top shelf of the wardrobe.
Previously mentioned tatty clothes removed, and another smaller pile destined for Oxfam.
I've also found DD's exam certificates, so need to put those away where they are supposed to be, along with a pile of old school reports, that need to be in the file.
I still have a pile of stuff, but I've made a good start!
Apart from OH's pile of stuff, the right hand side of the room is now clear, and almost all of the left hand side. I have a collection of Gardens Illustrated magazines that I want to keep, so I think I'll look around for a suitable small bookshelf for that side of the room. I don't want a bedside cabinet, I'd prefer a bookshelf!
I'm off to deliver DD now, then stop at the nursery. dusty - thank you! I expect it will just be a couple of packs of veg seeds and some primulas....;)It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
he has unlimited texts now, this was his first contract phone and he was warned when he got it to monitor how many texts he used but it went in one ear and out t'other one.0
