It was in the early days of Tesco.com. I ordered tins of plum tomatoes and was delivered a punnet of fresh plums! Not too useful in spag bol!Nuts just take up space where chocolate ought to be.0

Be careful with that one- it is allowed to be several months late and if murphys law applies will appear when you are at the bottom of your available credit!0 -
A couple of days before Xmas my delivery from Sainsbury's included a shopping bag of fresh veggies that I hadn't ordered, I hope the person they were intended for was able to go out and buy them. Rang them up and was told to keep them.
Also found a bag of someone's shopping in the trolley park at tesco's, including 2 fresh whole fish that I couldnt face eating so the foxes at the end of my garden had a gourmet meal that evening! And a packet of cereals in another trolley.0 -
This thread has had me in stitches......the most Ive laughed in ages (not sure what that says about me I obviously have a very strange sense of humour!!! ) I have been proper belly LOLing here!
BUT a big achievement as I'm having lots of problems @ the mo so it's hard to find things funny!

Not sure which is my favourite the twix or the one grape!
Haven't got anything very exciting to add had a few tesco price match substitutions nothing that great. The only thing we have ever received that we didn't order was 2 huge packs of 20 frozen sausages (the cheapest nasty sort that I would never buy!) so they were given away.
Anyway thanks everyone :T keep em coming!"Things can only get better.................c/o D:Ream #The 90's"

You do have to watch the supermarkets when shopping online, I have only done it a handful of times but each time there have been several mistakes on the bill and none of them in my favour. This week they substituted some pizzas and said at the top of the bill that they had refunded the difference in cost, but when I checked the refund had not been taken off - I bet there are a lot of people who quite understandably assume it has been done and don't check.0

my best ever was when i decided to have a go at getting a big bit of lamb from tesco.....we ordered £3 tesco value lamb and got £9.20 finest to feed 9 people lol lol when i first saw the price my heart dropped and i thought i ordered it by mistake. I always make mistakes with veg and esp onions and get TONS or hardly any. My OH always says so THAT'S what x grams of onions looks like!Debt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

I once ordered a bottle of Vodka from Tesco which was out of stock so was substituted with 2 loaves of wholemeal bread.
In looking for the bread to return to the driver I found the Vodka was there anyway - driver let me keep it and even took the bread off the bill - result!0 -
