a bit slow on the uptake lol? i dont know what you think we've been discussing on here for the past couple of weeks! :-)
Because on PTS members seem to be well away with this and suggesting best things to buy daily and converting £20 into 5 x £20 vouchers by spending on DTD stuff only and spending each voucher on more DTD stuff. Not a lot of pages on MSE for 2 weeks on such a major moneysaving glitch IMHO, and not a lot of participants considering the possibilities. If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0 -
Ok so, ive read the thread, i have only one question, when comparing prices does it all have to be based on one shop i.e. tesco verses asda, or will products that have a lower price (whether sainsburys or asda) just be compared to the lowest value?
and thanks OP :T0 -

Hi, can someone let me know if it's only particular products Tesco are price checking. I bought an airwick Imotion cool linen freshener £10.21 along with other items. I put my receipt details in and got the price checker back, but the airwick item had n/a next to it. I went on the asda website and they've definitely got exactly the same one for £5.
Seems a bit unfair why this has been excluded as I would have got DTD overall if it had been included!0 -

Tesco are only comparing with Asda - not sure why Sainsbury's prices are on the site

In responce to the airwick enquiry..asda do sell these but not the in the same scents that tesco sell...
Proper research and making a list prior to shopping will help you ensure you buy like for like..
tesco and asda sell alot of the same products but some may look the same but weigh a little less!!
hope this helps!!0 -
I've just seen this offer on tv, there must be stuff out there where you actually MAKE money on?
Has anyone got an up to date list of what is over half price cheaper at Asda?
The Easter Egg looked a good scam, I guess that has finished now?0 -
Please remember there is a £100 claim limit per month and a maximum of 10 claims per month!!!0

What would happen in this scenario? I buy a couple of bottles of bubbly that are comparable according to the Tesco site, do the price check, Tesco come out more expensive so I get my DTD voucher, then realise oops, I already have two bottles in the back of the cupboard, could I then return the surplus bottles and receive a full refund for the bubbly AND get to keep and use my DTD voucher?0
