Yes, so far today is going a bit better. I have done some sponsered polls on tolooney,

Finally reached £50 on dy. It's actually now £51.11. Once you get on a roll it soon adds up. Wrote a 60p review as i know they are changing categories today, so i worked really quickly to get it done before picking up DS1 from nursery, although it did make me a bit late. I know i would have been gutted to write it later and get less if it changed.

Dinner is something out the freezer. I'm not even sure what it is but it is tomatoey and has chickpeas and green peppers in it. I'm sure it will be ok as i would not have put anything nasty in the freezer. I don't want to use the CC again before the 8th as that is cut off date. Balance is about £585 which is brill for us, particularly as £112 of that is council tax. Not spending is working for us. Now to maintain my non-spending stance.

    • Took in lunch for the 2nd day in a row (getting close to my all-time record of 3 days :rotfl:I really am useless!)
    • Did some Onepolls - think I got about 30p, but I can't remember for sure
    • Went to in laws for dinner
    • Apparently DH and I are £47 up each month as a result of the new tax change, but really we will pretty much break even as we won't get any more tax credits

What a day, now nearly at £52 on DY, and need to wait till Sat morning before i can claim my money.

I had nothing at all on OP, but got 55 points on m.miles. I am using that for sainsbugs vouchers for the hols, so technically not MFW but will reduce spends later in the year.

Made up for it though as there was a PC £3 survey.

I also opened DH a new ISA. I pre-did mine last week. I just need to arrange transferring mine now, but it is only £700 after car purchases and it doesn't drop from 3% till the 16th.

New gas/elec statement shows we are now £140 in credit, so see how much i can stay in credit now the DD has dropped by £12. We added £6 credit last month, and days are getting nicer/warmer.

oooh sounds good! Well done for getting up to the cashout level michelle!! I'm miles off, haven't written anything new for over a week as I just cant think of anything more to write about :( I have just submitted a suggetion though so hopefully that will get approved and I can write something!
1Poll seems to be hating me at the moment because I don't have kids grr but I did about 40points worth of surveys on a different site yesterday so thats good (need quite a lot to cash out though)
kind of just bumbling along really - need to think about putting some things on ebay but it is a horrible chore :(

Tinkerbell - don't get disheartened. I have done well recently out the kids outside toys, but i am always looking at books i read, films i watch, new foods i buy and thinking about how to review them. Challenge yourself today. I saw they were after some new reviews on documentary type programmes. Or something you eat or wear today. I bet you think of something. Trouble i find is though you can tell if i don't really have much interest in what i am writing about.

I'm going to take it easy today. I've posted an amazon sale, which i will make 80p profit on which hardly seems worth it but never mind. I also spent just over £7 on a shop to take us into next week.

Must go out and get something out of the freezer for dinner as i won't want to cook when i get in from going to my parents later, so it will save spending on a takeaway.
