I haven't posted for a week but have read a few for inspiration as I fell off the MFW rails a little in the past weekbut have done a few things in the past couple of days....
- Picked up 1p off the road yesterday and popped in the pig
- Purchased £70 worth of food for free from M&S on Saturday thanks to my AMEX rewards credit card
- Painted another room in anticipation of putting house on the market
- Hung 2 loads of washing out at the w/end
- Received my Tesco clubcard deal vouchers through today - £18 worth which will buy a couple of nice meals out
Come on guys keep posting...I don't have a thread so this is one of my main methods of motivation!!!:j0 -
Hello all!
Slightly depressing weekend stuck 'indoors' but on the porsitive side:
* didnt buy anything online, even things I needed, thought I would wait until next credit card cut off point which is Saturday
* 3 NSDs
* did the usual and won nothing on TAB, 26p on Sun (so grand total of 86p now lol) and £7 on Tiki but cant withdraw just yet
* had soup from freezer and homemade bread tonite
* started painting my fence with the stuff left over from 2 years ago, which was quite therapeutic
* missed a Pinecone survey as it kept on crashing
And forgot to say I downloaded the Nectar toolbar and already earned 15 points as well as the 100 points welcome points!

Hi All,
I haven't been too good this weekend but here's a few tiny things..
*NSD on sat
*only spent a few £ on sunday and got a lovely dress
*free lunch yesterday
*avoided the supermarket for food yesterday - I'm going to have a using up week/fortnight because i have some stuff in and could do with eating lots of the freezer!
*rated some reviews (I didn't catch up like I said - I got that completely wrong! I'm still abough 300 out and don't think I'll ever catch up!
Today I will..
*drive reaaally economically
*try to write at least one review
*oooh onepoll! Haven't checked that for a while!
Michelle did you make your £50 target?0 -
I've not done an update in aaaaggggeeeesss as my new job has definitely been keeping me busy! So, yesterday I:
- Did some Onepolls - 50p in total
- Got £59.15 from Quidco - paid straight into mortgage account
- Got £5 from Halifax Reward - paid straight into mortgage account
- Made lunch for today! (this is something I am spectacularly bad at doing so I'm very impressed that I not only made sandwiches, but I actually remembers to bring them to work)
- Planned my meals for the next week

* YouGov survey
* Did my Halifax shenanigans on 2 accounts to get next months rewards
* Checked my Halifax Clarity Card and found that I'd already met the £300 threshold for £5 reward on that so have now switched over to my Tesco Clubcard Credit card and can now earn points on that instead.
(My Halifax £5's are already budgeted into my OP standing order)
* Invited myself to mum's for Tea
* Freezer Surprise last night turned out to be January's failed attempt at soup (not sure which kind - I'd ended up putting everything in it and producing a paste) so was very thankful to have bought a woopsie pizza at Morrisons on the way home and had that instead. Morrisons only cost me £3.27 instead of the budgeted £5 so that was good.0
