            Morning everyone,
Long time lurker on this thread and thought it time to pitch in my little attempts to try and save money for the mortgage! Not sure if I will have lots to share but thought it time to come out of lurking!- Completed VO survey £1.50. I have completed enough for a £10 voucher but by gum it's taking a long time to get added
 - Delivered all my Avon orders last night despite my friend coming down, she came with me!
 - Went to work and got a free costa coffee for me and a client, need to remember to submit receipt!
 - Posted ebay item
 - listed another ebay item and total bids are at £34 so far with 2 days to go! Wooooo!!!!

- Bought a ham roll for lunch! £1!!!!! But resisted the cream cakes even though they were REALLY shouting on me to buy them!

            Mornin all!

*only £1 spent

should be a cheap weekend, on training tomorrow so free lunch (tho costs in petrol!!) then round the inlaws on Sunday for mothers day so free lunch there too! plus have a few library books plus my "payday treat" book to read and also another lovefilm delivery coming so aiming for a NSD weekend!0 -
            Today is not an MSE day today. Punctured tyre

Front tyre. The fronts only had about another 2 months tread on them if that so 1 was not worth repairing and as it's better to have matched treads I'm having them both done.....right now. £164. Would have got something cheaper if I hadn't needed them this morning. (A friend in the car parts industry has recommended a website for tyres called BlackCircle - and they do quidco cashback!)
At least my £164 will go on my cashback CC and when I come to pay it off next month I can pay it out of my savings as I put away a liitle a month towards potential car repairs.
Hope you all have a more cost effective day

            Thanks Tabatha! And well done for managing for so long...
Today:
* the usual really... TAB/ Tiki / Sun, breakfast & lunch from home, charging phones at work
* NSD!!! At last... :jNearly didnt happen as found out I had forgotten someone s birthday and was gonna go buy one but have got cards at home... as he was going to receive it late anyway, I thought one more day would not make much difference to him but would save me a few pence...
That's it really but next 3 days should be NSD (hopefully) as I'll be stuck at home... although may have to go and buy the Daily Mail to get the free Body Shop body butter...:p0 -

            And from me:
* Bought a guaranteed to work or your money back drain cleaner.. ..guess what? It didn’t work so the receipt has been sent off today to get a refund
* Usual Tiki/ clickies/surveys
* 73p NVL survey
* A tip I need to pass on..Are you like me and want to delay having a much needed colour at the hairdressers? You too can disguise your roots by making your hair into a giant bouffant – (think Bridgette Jones arriving at the hotel in the 2 seater convertible). It works ..not sure for how long but it works
* Tolly 2,400k and a 4k survey
* 3 of the children eating at their grans - save foodI can't be bothered updating this anymore0
