 Last night wasn't too good. Took mum shopping - I didn't need anything. I spent £16. Ruddy £16 that wasn't in my ruddy budget (Got stuff for lunches, laundry powder on offer, sauce that I use on offer - got home and found laundry powder already stashed in back of cupboard)
Entered my receipt in Price Check as soon as I got home. Just got results back and a voucher for a WHOOPING 4p off next shop
Charging Phone at work
Going to Friends for tea
I will be buying her some flowers - she deserves them
No heating on and haven't washed up for 2 nights!!! (Only a couple of items but it does look bad)
:A Put together a BodyShop basket via Quidco - got the 30% off but then cancelled the order. Even better.Tomorrow as its 1st of month will re-commence using Nectar search bar to get 100 points in April
:money:MPG OCD continues although this morning was a bit pants becuase there were queues and accidents and lanes closed all over the place - did my best though and that's what counts0 -

But I'm pretty sure that once I get myself off the polos and the booze, the mortgage will be paid off within a month or 2... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Well done catseyes. Im 20 months down the line (still counting !) and still on a packet of gum a day !
Hello again everyone. Im back to the real world from my not so MSE birthday break and catching up on all the recent gossip.
I ve decided against an op just yet as we spent a bit more than intended plus I have just paid my £245 road tax  Gonna see how the rest of the month pans out first.
I did get a bit of money for my birthday though which Ive decided is going into the "dont touch" savings pot.0 -

Made DH ring MIL (this is MSE as it reduces the chance they leave everything to battersea dogs home? rotfl)
Looked online for cheap tents DH can get from places like Argooos tomorrow to save him walking into Millets and getting ripped off  Have made him list to review of ones in stock so we can reserve online
Did my daily RM posting/data entry
Reminded DH to tax car today/tomorrow

I was on a training course today, so free lunch and free drinks all day (I obviously consumed as much apple juice, orange juice, Diet Coke and Water to get value for money for my company...).
Will get paid mileage, so that's good too.
I didn't spend anything else
DH was off work with DS today and miraculously he managed to refrain from buying any more toys so that's a successful day for him too0 -

Whilst LO's were sleeping I:
Cleaned my final gutter, and cut the front lawn
Also took some bits back to B&Q (although was older than 45days so credit note rather than refund
Oh also got free hospital parking (aved me £3.50 a go, done it four times now:) )

To do I:
* used my museums card to save £13 entrance to london transport museum
* looked into childcare vouchers - have 5 days to enrol OH in scheme before they reduce amounts that can be claimed for higher rate taxpayers . Potential saving for us of about £800 pa :j.
* emailed DDs school to check if they will take the vouchers
* checked out OH's benefits and found that if book by 31 May can get well priced barracudas place for summer. It looks excellent. Wanted to send her last year but was too much money - now will probably send her for 2 or 3 weeks. Plus they take childcare vouchers.Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89
