I phoned my Mobile Phone provider yesterday asking them if I could get a better deal on my Sim-Only Plan, unfortunatley they said I couldn't, without incresing my monthly cost - which I didn't want to do, so just accepted this.
Then they phoned me today as I am a 'loyal customer' and gave me an additional 100 texts a month and 200 minutes - for free. They must have thought I was going to jump ship!
Also, phoned my Car Breakdown Cover provider as I did an online quote on their website (just out of interest to see how much it costs new memebers to have joint cover) and managed to get monthly payments reduced from £19 a month to £11!!
