I phoned my Mobile Phone provider yesterday asking them if I could get a better deal on my Sim-Only Plan, unfortunatley they said I couldn't, without incresing my monthly cost - which I didn't want to do, so just accepted this.
Then they phoned me today as I am a 'loyal customer' and gave me an additional 100 texts a month and 200 minutes - for free
. They must have thought I was going to jump ship!
Also, phoned my Car Breakdown Cover provider as I did an online quote on their website (just out of interest to see how much it costs new memebers to have joint cover
) and managed to get monthly payments reduced from £19 a month to £11!!
