    work expenses claimed back (albeit 5 months late!) - £105
    OP - £1.40 in last 24 hours!
    worked at home yday so no need for lunch or snacks to be bought (even though I try to take from home anyway)
    few bits leftover from halloween party last yr sold on ebay!
  • today I have...
    packed lunch into work
    picked up 2 free pizzas with vouchers and used £1 off £5 spend :)
    eaten leftovers for dinner
    filled in mileage claims for work
    driven at 60 to try and save petrol
    bought a spending diary
    checked tcb (nothing payable yet!)

    Today I -

    - used up some tomatoes that needed eating in a sausage cassoulet with some stuff I had in the cupboard. Froze a portion of it.
    - submitted some work expenses
    - packed lunch at work
    - used one of my 7-for-£1 cards from Card Factory a while back for mates birthday
    - received £7.88 from TCB
    - baked a cake to take to friends for the weekend instead of buying a gift
    - obsessively watching my items for sale on ebay lol

    Thanks TG, I didn't know that. Gives a bit more flexibility for Christmas presents.

    Just checked my bank and there has been £1.79 credited from Hive Online Ltd. After doing a Google check, it turns out it is a refund from a 'try me free' tea offer. Every little helps I suppose.

    my week ....

    got 2 free pizza's.
    got free cheese.
    made £90 on ebay so far this week selling old clothes and bits.
    found 20p in the street this morning.
    Did my first ever shop on approved foods spent £15 and saved £48 ;).
    Recieved in the post 2 freebies ,
    bailey minature bottle and a birthday card for my sons 18th.
    Next sent me a £10 voucher code cos I havent shopped with them.
    Found some whoopsied vegetables in tesco saving £3.
    Checked Quidco and have £98 coming to me soon.

    think thats it , no wonder Im worn out :rotfl:.

  • Good effort mirry! Sounds like loads of good things.

    I've done nothing special today sadly, other than cooking some big dishes for next week to make it easier for when we're busy, using up old veg etc.
    Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

    I have:

    - done onepoll surveys (quite good here at the moment!)
    - posted another amazon sale and requested payment
    - nsd ( other than posting the above)
    - sent hubby to work with packed lunch
    - made lasagne for dinner and froze the leftovers.

    • Have had 2 NSD in a row ..complete record for me :j
    • Me and hubby had planned to have a bottle of wine tonight but we ended up having visitors so never got round to it...£5 saved
    • FIL left DD to school today so have saved a bit of diesel
    • Batch cooked DS dinners to take to the childminder
    • Eventually listed 10 things on ebay...would love to make between £20-£30...but lets face it anything is a bonus :o

    I have to ask, but I am a big fan of Next, but wont pay their full prices?
