I will try my hardest as I have wanted a MacBook for ages, but could never justify spending that much money when I am in so much debt. So my motivation is high to get those vouchers

Had a major sort out and shredding session this morning, so all my paperwork is finally nice and neat .

Had a few surveys through and I am just £8.50 off getting a £50 cheque from New Vista. Hope I get it in time to pay it off what I owe my mum.

Started packing a few things for the holiday. I'm trying really hard to not buy anything beforehand and make do with what I have. My only expenditure so far is a pack of facial wipes for 48p (I did try to get some 28p Tesco Value ones, but they are always sold out). It will save me taking my cleanser and cotton wool pads. We are only taking hand luggage so can't pack too much anyway.

Better order some contact lenses before I go too. Wouldn't want to be stuck with limited vision over there :eek:.

2 weeks from now I will be in sunny Spain . Getting quite excited now. Will be nice to get a bit of decent sun - not that I tan. I tend to just stay white.

Done quite a few surveys today, so expect those Amazon vouchers to come rolling in next month. I had a massive motivation boost yesterday when my BIL said there was no way I could get £1,200 in vouchers in a year for nothing. Ha!! I'll show him!!

Spent most of the day with my niece and nephew today. He is still so gorgeous and is doing really well. He is 5lb 6oz already, and considering he lost 8oz after he was born and is only 3 weeks old, we are really proud of him.

It's hard trying to find free entertainment for my niece. We took her to the park today as it was nice, and there is a free activity hour at the library tomorrow which we will take her too. 6 weeks is just too long. She is getting really bored.

Anyway, the footie kicks off in a minute, so better get myself ready :j.

Footie was good last night . OH watched it with me but he always gets bored by half-time. We have a role-reversal in our relationship when it comes to football.

I make OH sandwiches most days so that he won't buy a greasy burger instead. I put a note in with them this morning to test if he actually eats them or chucks them and gets a burger instead. He text me at 9.30am to say thanks for the note and the sandwiches were lovely!! So I take it he eats them in the morning and then gets a greasy burger for lunch . Waste of time trying to help him lose weight. He has zero willpower.

Is it a really big scratch? I remember that mine had a few dents and scratches on it. Quite a bad one on the bumper if I remember rightly (someone went into the back of me on a roundabout). I wasn't 100% sure that I was going to get the bonus, but I did without any problems.

I'm sure it will be fine. They expect some wear and tear on a 3-year-old car.

Up early as dropped OH off at the train station again. He's not here tonight and tomorrow night, so I get a lie-in tomorrow.

Not on Friday as I've got the hospital. They gave someone who has to travel quite a way a 9am appointment :mad:. Means I will have to battle through the rush hour. They are really not endearing themselves to me. They addressed my letter to 'mrs' too. Didn't realise I got married.

On the letter they have some directions of how to get to the CF clinic. I quote 'turn right at Burger King and walk past the lifts'. A Burger King in a hospital??? Not exactly the healthiest food in the world. I'm surprised they don't have a Krispy Kreme next door :rotfl:.

Got my DLA today, but it is all accounted for again. Ordered some contact lenses so they get here before I go away, £30 off some debts and will put £30 in the car so that I have enough to last the week and get to the hospital and back.

Better get started on some work.

My Apple MacBook is £10 closer :j. Done a load of surveys today and finally got to payout on one of them - instant delivery of the voucher too :T.
