I am thinking of using them for a few months when we move.
Do they charge extra for different intitials?
Example
Mr X surname
Mrs X surname0 -
I use to work for them 2.
As said you cant tarnish all of them the vast majority of them are honest although the some of them I met recently are fed up of the job, poor moral because they employ incompetent management.
Because RM/PF are a big company they are unduly targeted (oh I aint a fan of RM btw I hate them) I just being fair. Many other companies have trouble from time to time with thieving staff, but they dont get the media attention.dounome wrote:You cant tarnish all posties with the same brush and if you had followed up the program you'd have seen that the program makers had to appologise to RM for fabricating and sensationalising various aspects of the program, and i think setting up some things as well.

"And does anyone recall a programm on channel 4 where they found that they were stealing stuff."
That is a direct quote from your post, it does not say it was alleged or accused but states found they were stealing stuff and if that is not insinuation of stealing then i am reading it wrong and if so i apologise0 -
We've used the redirect service quite a few times, and never had a problem (well, apart from them missing the odd letters) until now.
We had to move out of our old (rented) house into a temporary place while we were waiting to move into our new house. We set the redirect up in plenty of time, but received a letter a week after we moved out of the old address, stating that they hadn't been able to set the redirect up for when we wanted, and it wouldn't be set up for another few days. So we lost over a weeks worth of mail, including a few months worth of payslips (the mortgage company happened to send them back to the old address just after we had moved out).
Then we arranged to cancel the redirect to the temp. address, and we set up another redirect to our new house (again, in plenty of time). A week or so after we moved in, we noticed that we weren't getting any redirected mail, so we went back to the post office, and discovered that even though it had been set up in person, at a branch, they'd lost the forms and had no record of the redirect request etc. So even more mail had been going to the old address.
Of course, we always inform everyone we can of our new address asap, but it's surprising how much mail keeps being sent to old addresses. To make matters worse, the rented house we were in is now empty, and the rental agency have spoken to the owner about our mail (even though the house is nothing to do with them any more), but she doesn't seem willing to give us our mail back (we live nearby and could pop around whenever is convenient for her to get it). :mad:0 -

Its the way I type, I was just refering to the post that the cheque was stolen and cashed and then asked anyone do they remember the show. I should have added "and found allegly stealing stuff". Would that have been better and we dont get any confusion.0
