Candy....I could wallop that DD of yours, which wouldn't help but would relieve my aggression! Hugs to you and Boo.
Glad someone has said what I've been thinking
Don't dare go on scales
I don't weigh myself every day like I used to (nor even every week) but did so the weekend. According to that I'd put on over half a stone which by this morning had shifted  Bl00dy water retention I think due to TOTM. Which is why I should not bother weighing myself in future, it's just too demoralising
Done sod all today. Went to Forest schools, enjoyed a walk all round the woods with the kids who had maps and clipboards. They all loved it
Went to my mum's for lunch and to pick up DD. ended up have an hours kip with DD which was very nice
Tap class tonight so makeshift again for tea. I really enjoyed my Autism course but I shall be glad to get my Tuesday evenings back.
Redruby - Sorry to hear things aren't good with your dad. Sending you lots of hugs.
Well done to all of you who've lost weight, I am determined to be joining you
Have a good evening everyone.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife

Hi Chums ,well hosptal went well this morning ,hopefully the clinic is moving to the village where I live instead of thirty miles away as it is at the moment.Still it was a nice morning for a drive which make a change as its been either snowing or raining in the past two appointments. My right arm is still 26% bigger than the other one but the nurse was happy with that as she says 'it's manageable ' as long as I wear my sleeve.Hopefully I won't need to go again until late April by which time it will only be across the road.
DD phoned to say she had two letting today which she was pleased about as she's only been there three days .She's used to selling houses and not renting them but at least its work. She dropped a nice card through the door for me as its my wedding anniversary today bless her .I can't believe it was 48 years ago, time just whizzes by the older you get I think.
DGS Ben stuck his head around the door on his way home from school and 'helped me out' with my overfull biscuit tin I swear that boys got hollow legs.
I too am pleased as I also get weighed at the clinic and have lost 9lb since 31st December last:j:j DD has lost 1 stone 1lb but she does quite a bit of walking as she has two dogs. Still I am happy with that.I watched the programme on diet food last night on BBC3 and I am so glad I don't eat that stuff it looked revolting and full of chemicals, I will stick to my healthy eating with lots of fruit and veg.The model in the programme ate diet packaged meals for a month and actually put on 3lbs.Some of them are full of cellulouse fillers ( a bit like eating wallpaper paste apparently )
Well time to toddle and sort out some dinner, soup & salmon withlots of green veggies I think tonight
Have a good evening everyone
Cheers JackieO xx0 -
Evening everyone
Redruby (((((Hugs))))) sorry things aren't going well with your dad at the mo x
Candygirl ... Sorry to say this but I so agree with meanmarie and bitsy, your DD is being very unfair and needs a kick up the @rse ((((hugs))))
donnygal that made me howl :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Well done to all the dieters on their weight loss:T
I am back on the straight and narrow with the low carb diet and when I weighed myself yesterday I have lost 12lbs in total which was a surprise after cheating a couple of days and having a week off because I was ill. The inches lost though is a much better guide 5" of the boobies, 3" off waist, 3" off hips 1" arms and 1½" off the thighs :j
Dinner tonight is chicken salad followed by a lc brownie with raspberries and whipped cream
Have good evenings all - I probably won't post tonight because I have been watching the reruns of Downton Abbey on itv3 and it starts at 7pm and it is 2 episodes.
