Morning all
Busy day here today, first day off work this week and the house is a tip and the weekly shop needs doing plus a trip into town for paint and bits. The 4 children are eating breakfast so I am chilling for 5 before the madness starts.
As its nice and sunny I have taken down my lounge curtains and will washing them and hanging them out to dry on the line.
Im now starting to get used to the single life - my husband moved out a few weeks ago. I have quit my job so I can spend more time with the kids although they may keep me on just for sundays which will be nice and the ex has agreed to have the kids so I dont need to worry about a sitter. My last day will be saturday if they dont which will be weird.
Hugs

Morning All,
Just caught up with the thread from last night, I can not get on in the evening often as the kids totally monopolise the computer (that's a big word before 9:D)
JulieG, all sounds positive, you have definitely inspired me, can't wait for my book to arrive:j well done to all the others doing well with weight loss. nmlc you are sticking to the exercise brilliantly
RR (((hugs))) stay strong hun
Fell off the wagon and shared a bottle of wine with DH last night. We are both a bit fed up money wise, wouldn't normally do that mid week:o We have our permanent visa's to go and live back in Australia (have lived there before and had to come back for family reasons) but we just can't afford to go at the moment unless we went with very little as the house prices are just rubbish. Might end up just doing that as we are so fed up. Anyway moan over:(
Its cold and bright this morning. Need to nip into town, library post office and get some ribs for tea. Usually tidy round and wash up (dw on the blink) its playing havoc with my nails;)Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Quorn curry for tea soup for lunch.
May do some flying today as didn't do any yesterday. DH did loads Monday....
Oh well off to get that cuppa.
Hugs to all who need them.
Have a good day.

Good Morning everyone!
Thank you for everyone who has been really supportive in the last week. It's been such an amazing help in getting me started down the right road...!
Today is a normal day, although I am wearing contacts for the second time this week after a 12 months of issues!! Everything looks so much bigger and work are giving me funny looks
Anyway, tonight it's just DS and me, so we are having Leftover Nutty Curry (with half a portion brown rice and broccoli for me, White Rice for DS). I also have to make the boys more white bread for lunches!
I might make Hummus too... as it's low GI and I think it'll taste great with oatcakes and cheese!
Hope everyone has a great day x

Good Morning everyone
Was really foggy here at 8 when I took DGD to nursery but now blue skies and sunshine. Lovely.
Longing for things to dry up a bit so I can walk the dog up the fields without having to - wash boots, wash jeans, wash dog, wash bathroom, wash kitchen floor, wash towels.
Work later so got OH tea ready, pasta bake made from leftovers and some whoopsied garlic bread. Bit of left over chicken to finish up for me.
Dog walked, washing done and dried so I'll iron before work and wash damn kitchen floor again. So many muddy doggy paw prints on it you'd think I had 10 dogs not just 1.
Tired Mum - re dyslexia and uni my DD also dyslexic but got loads of help. Things like extra exam time and not getting marked down for poor spelling. Also got a grant for a computer to do her work on, that I think came from our County Council.
Have a good day all0 -
Morning all!
Cold, damp and miserable looking here again. Need to get organised and take mum shopping, no motivation just now, maybe will be better next week when I am back to work!
Redruby, sorry to hear things are not good with dad.
Big hugs to all in need!RIP Iain

Morning! Second try at posting as it all just disappeared!
Have set DW off and also washed almost a whole load by hand - DS is staying for a couple of days and obviously cooked himself something late last night! Three more hours tuition after school today - not too bad really, but I find it's on my mind all daybeforehand.
Lunch with a couple of friends, so that should be fun. Need to remember to take my library books with me to return before they attract fines.
Some blue sky - hope it spreads. I find the weather really affects my mood these days - never seemed aware of it when I was working.
Very jealous of all those who are managing to lose weight - well done! I just have no will-power...
Hope you all have a good day. Do take care.Resolution:
