Thanks! Not quite sure how, but this time its a joint effort and we seem to be doing quite well this time round! Still a long way to go but will get there eventually and vow to never get into this situation again!

I have been having a little sort out today in the spare rooms to find stuff that I no longer need and might be able to make some cash out of. Trying to be quite ruthless as I have stuff that has survived previous clear-outs for one reason or another and have still not been used!

Valued some old mobiles on a website today and have requested the pre-paid envelopes so that I can get those sent off next week. Trouble is that 3 of the 5 phones I found don't have chargers so not sure whether they work or not. If they do and I get the price that was quoted I should make £83.

Also going to take some pics of stuff to ebay and get that listed tomorrow, hopefully the Easter weekend will mean that there will be lots of buyers out there!

Anything else I don't want will be saved for a car boot or go to a charity shop.

Well, this is the earliest I have been up on a Sunday in ages!!! :o Although I have put my pjs back on and have got back in bed - hehe! OH needed an early lift, but after coming back and making a cuppa I decided that as the weather is so drizzley that there is no better excuse to get back in bed!

So what to do today? Lazy Sunday for me. Will browse some blogs for a bit - I just love reading other peoples blogs and looking at their photos for inspiration! I will read a bit more of my book, and I will photograph some more to go on ebay later. And I might do a bit more of my assignment due in at the end of the month

No Easter eggs for me today though.....

Total sales on Ebay is up to £105 now!!! Still waiting for the jiffy bags to come through the post so that I can get rid of the mobile phones for cash.

Also awaiting £40 owed by friends and approx £20 expenses.

Last week also sold a car that we didnt need which we should have sold a few months ago really.

All in all the debt is coming down but still feels like a long way to go, but with my best efforts we will be down to one CC soon which will be a bit of a milestone!

Happy Easter Sunday to you!!!! :easter:

Back to work today (boo). Have packaged up 6 items which sold on ebay at the weekend and will be off to the post office in my lunch hour! Total sales (including live bids) are up to £150 at the moment, roll on next weekend!

On Sunday after I got back into bed to read with a cuppa, someone came knocking on the door and I had to go down and answer it in my PJ's! How embarrassing!

Got my lunch today so no unnecessary spends I hope. I have to pay to post my ebay items and owe a colleague £10 but that should be it.

Still waiting for other money owed and hope to get that all very soon!

Not much else to report except that i had a lovely bank holiday weekend and yesterday when it rained we went food shopping, then stayed indoors in the warm with the fire on and watched movies! We even locked the cats in so that they couldn't go out in the rain! (I hate a soggy cat!!)

I am the world’s best procrastinator. I am just using all excuses that I can find to put off doing these assignments that are due in at the end of April, even doing the washing sounds exciting at this point!!
Right, will get on with it now....... promise!

YAY!! I have just paid £450 off the credit cards - and it's not even pay day until next week!

Sold over £300 worth of stuff on ebay so I added a bit to that (well, as its payday next Friday I can afford to have a quiet weekend as I haven't got any money left now!) and managed to get £450 together for cc payments.

This means that after my next payment I will be in the £3k region - yippee!

Plan of action is to get rid of CC2 as soon as I can, maybe within the next month. Then decide whether to plough straight on to clear CC1 or whether to have a break and book a holiday or something nice (without adding it to the CC). They are both interest free so as long as they are paid before the rate ends then I won't be losing out (although the sooner the better!)

How does one tiny little trolly of stuff cost so flippin much these days? And - there is nothing healthy on offer, so basically if you like to eat well and not junk food, its going to cost you. Grrr.

Been working on my assignment which is due in just over a week. There is also another one due in on the same day which i havent started yet!!!

Looking forward to payday on Friday - which seems to be all i have been doing and will be doing until the debt is paid!!

Errgh, assignment writing. Flippin board of it now.

One assignment nearly finished and another one still in progress. At least the weather is bad which doesn't make me feel like I am missing out on getting out and about in my spare time at the moment!

Pay day on Friday - woohoo, so its all good really.

No more ebaying done this week as I haven't got anything sorted out and photographed etc.
