got my court date 18/06. what do i need to do if it gets that far? i am claiming interest how do i calculate the interest from the time i sent my first letter?

1. You will receive offer/£ just before the date.
2. You calculate the amount plus interest up until your date of claim then multiply that by 0.0026 to give you the daily rate since then.
Did you send your court bundle in? If you don't send that in, you might get your case dismissed. You have 21 days from when you got the court date.

It will help with this step.

Looks like it should 'be delivered shortly' and i'll drop an e-message to Miss Daniels, stating that recent cases have only taken 7 days! ;-)

-
No, sorry,
It took 7 and a half weeks from my initial letter to get a reasonable offer, which i have accepted.
I was talking about the time from when you accept that offer to when it gets credited to you.A&L - 1st letter requesting money sent 22/03
