Yeah, your letter has worried me, was hoping the 8 weeks would ensure some kind of payment... maybe not obviously!
I will sit and wait!

Hi - Claiming about £21,000 from HSBC. The've offered about 50% of this, within a few days, should I accept or battle on. Any comments would be appreciated. Many thanks0

ok, now your scareing me, the claim is for £1300 inc interest and costs,
what exactly is an Allocation hearing, I really don't have a clue and there is nothing in the letter explaining it,
cheers0 -

Thanks, i hope you get better than i did.0 -
Basically to determine which Court will hear the case. Suggest you try and agree it with the bank and notify court once agreed. Then there will be no need for a hearing.0

Excuse me, evitaperon. How rude! I draw your attention to the orange outlined box at the top of the page.
I am not lying, Have you personal access to my bank account?? No, I thought not!
Anyway for those of you who are interested I have emailed the bank yesterday and a refund of 150.00 has gone into the account before they have even deducted the charge!! How about that for progress??? :money:
Just keeping my fingers crossed now for the full amount.
And here I was thinking "Oh No, not this whole rigmarole again".
Try emailing them when the charges are due to be applied, maybe it will work better that way?0
