i was thinking of what you said --last time i tested myself on cbt's depression level i was not at all depressed and i have lifted in mindset since then! the meds i take are specifically designed to lower mood but it obviously judging by the cbt test brings me back to normal--if there is such a thing when your bi polar-as i grew up i saw my father worrying about everything--maybe i am growing up as a chip off...!--i havent been to the gym recently and i know when i do force myself to get there i feel 'lighter' in my outlook.--i need motivating and only that can come from within in my circumstances-it would be nice to have more social contact but when i was in the uk it only usually revolved around drunken behaviour so it wasnt very beneficial to life quality!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

I am all Lego-ed out. Was having a decluttering sesh in the Ds's bedroom, and moved a thing they keep their tiny lego bits in, and there was an almighty crash of lego to the ground. They had propped it across the corner of the desk and have slowly but steadily piling stuff up behind it whenever I told them to clear the desk for home work. I was livid, I bet you all heard me
I kind of blame myself too, as I should have been keeping an eye on it. They are still clearing it up now, almost an hour later! It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

football is done for the weekend-another waste of time! bring back leeds united into the top flight!--the evening will be watching tv and counting my blessings!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
