Just ate my stew, it was lovely!
having a glass of vino watching country file now.
Nothing planned for the rest of the day except to sit of my bum in front of the telly!
A friend just emailed me to say she was finding wine for Countryfile as I was doing just the same - must be a Sunday night kinda thing!
Salmon, mashed sweet potato and veg for dinner. Pudding was a chuck it together - had some oldish banana and peanut butter bread which I broke up in some custard and peach slices - then baked - seriously yummy!

Better now it's on in an evening and is an hour long - never used to have time to watch it during a Sunday morning!
Will look out for Country Tracks

I know how you feel but you gotta keep on trying XXI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
