The house elf has now had his breakfast and is cheerful again. We have had a chat about his sleeping and he is going to try to stay awake a bit later each night to see if he can sleep a bit later in the mornings. Thank you all for letting me moan this morning, I can't put it on facebook as some of the chief offenders are my friends on there.
    NPM Thanks for understanding. Hugs.

    Morning All,

Sounds like naughty nursery in here this morning must be something in the air.
I have four, 3 boys a 1 girl who is now 24 but she was always the naughtiest, very headstrong and determined to have her own way. It was a real battle of wills when she was growing up. She is still very much her own person but we get along soo much better now she has left home and has a little one of her own. Believe me I feel your pain Bitsy, I once smashed her door off the hinges:mad: it was that or smash her face in:eek: its funny now but at the time I could have murdered her. She always got on much better with her dad, he always says its cos we are so alike. Not much help really but just so you know your not alone.

Thanks for the bedroom compliments, it was me DG:D
Just the final touches today and we can move onto the spare room, which is just a little box room so going to try and find a roll end for the floor.

Tru well done on the job s hopefully. I am a great believer in Karma and you get back what you give:T

Slow roast lamb shoulder and veggies for dinner today.

Need to get on with my project for mums birthday. I have made a box for recipes and am copying out all our favourites on pretty paper (hairy bikers gav me the idea) hope she likes it:D

Possibly some crocheting if I have time. Have a good Sunday x

my flow was broken by a good turkish styled cooked breaky--no bacon but seasoned chicken breast!

DH wants to chill and do nothing so looks like the pjs will stay on!--she has just told me that one of our keenest students has invited us to his home in İstanbul during the summer so yet another place to stretch to go to!---he is a top doctor so i should think it is some place!--he has one of those steamer yachts there that he takes his friends out on along the bosberus that flows through istanbul--its amazing what you find out about students from conversation lessons!---he loves football too lol

i must put my mind to valentines day during the day--i am so unromantic but i delude to being so!!! flowers are cheap but choccys arent so my wife's on diet so the deal is OS lol--no meal out because we are working til 9pm.

the sun is shinning and it feels warm--if i was in the uk i would feel guilty about not going out but when you live in a climate where sun is the norm and winter is about 8 weeks long the pull to get out isnt there!--i might take my motorbike for a cruise but that is wasteful and eventfully i will 'not'. we have a new car that is 9 days old and has done 10 miles so we should be doing something!! there are lots of places you can go for bbqs sunday lunches along the coast but my lot just dont bother!-sometimes the manic in me wants to do something interesting!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.

    Good morning,
Ok, rant over. I still have ironing to do today and I reckon I could get another load of washing together. I didn't make cakes yesterday, I made a sort of quiche thing for my healthy eating plan. It has pasta as a base, and I mixed cottage cheese, eggs, onion, tuna and sweetcorn as the topping. It made the house small lovely while it was cooking,

    Yummy,sounds really lovely!!

    Morning OSer's :)
    Welcome Newbeeies :)

    Wet,cold and yuck here today.
DD still not well, its the cough more than anything and shes so so tired-back on the sofa drinking milky. Will see how she is for school later as i'll need to see if mum or nan can sit with her whilst im working tomorrow.

Guess i should get on with some housework today as im quite behind :o:o. Washing all done but loads of ironing to do,hoover, quick dust and general tidy up. Need to write a HUGE shopping list so will be stock checking cupboards and freezer then making up a few meal plans.
Then will try and get a few bits onto Ebay.

Hve good days OS or not. Hugs all round x
