Laptop wont connect to wireless network- although worked last night?

Yes I was able to manually change the channel- eventually tried all 13 (On advice of Belkin man) and still have same problem. It's now been escalated for a senior technical advisor to call me back. Must admit - I probably wouldn't have bothered given that I've had it a few years but after poster earlier said a new one was sent I thought i'd persevere!

Now that you say you are having problems with other wireless devices it does seem to point to a signal fault with the router. Good luck and I would be very interested to hear how Belkin eventually solve it.

Very impressed with Belkin and glad I persisted- apparently it is the wireless functionality (as I eventually suspected seeing as NO wireless device would connect) that is faulty so it has been escalated to the replacement team. I have had it 2 years or so and would have probably just bought a new one had a previous poster not pointed out he had a replacement when his broke! I have spent a good 2 hours on the phone to various people trying to fix it- with them calling back etc, and they tried everything so full credit to them. It just wont work, but on the positive side, at least I still had a wired connection!!
