Hi, taken A&L to court and they have Acknowledged my claim, what does this mean and what happens next?0
-
hi
it is quite normal for them to acknowledge, they have to do that to buy more time, but dont panic, they will pay up within about 14 days. You will be fine.0 -
thanks mate, was in a bit of a panic,
fingers crossed, £50 better in my wallet0 -
Hi got refusal letter today very short and sweet.Charges raised on your account.
Thank you for your recent enquiry in respect of charges.
I have carefully considered the circumstances in which the charges were raised and can confirm they are correct to your account. I am therefore unable to alter our original decision.
I am sorry that on this occasion I cannot be of any further assistance.
Your sincerely.
P Newman.

You can't use MoneyClaim online in Scotland, have a read of this thread and check out the links in it to the Govan Law Centre.
