    I was thinking something similar! Except with text more along the lines of:

    "To the apparantly blind fake traffic wardens at Excel who keep trying to demand money with menaces claiming I don't have a ticket even when I do: HERE'S THE TICKET.

    To everyone else: if you get letters demanding money from Excel for alleged parking offences, DO NOT PAY! Their 'fines' are illegal - do a google for Excel Parking Charge and see for yourself!"
