Some lease companies are useless and don't abide by their own trade body's advice. To circumvent any further problems, write or email roxburghe and say you were the driver, don't admit that your are liable for the invoice, just say on the date your were the driver. They then have no reason to contact the lease company or your employers. Just ignore them when they start writing to you.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • Thanks for that
I have asked the company secretary to send them an email just stating that they believe i was driver of the vehicle on that date and that my contact details are xxxxx

That should do it , though it has been known for them to go back to the lease company as they are the soft target in this, which by the way is against the bpa guidelines if they do, but you can see roxburghe and others don't abide by rules hence the ban from the dvla database for gross misconduct

  • Hi all
I recieved a parking ticket when parking in the staff car park at work. I am a nurse and had worked a 13 hour shift to come out and find this ticket! I appealed to the company who issued the ticket and had no reply and then recieved a letter from Roxburgh demanding £168 and another letter from Graham White solicitors demanding £207, I replied to both these letters stating that I was refusing to pay. A couple of days ago I have recieved another letter from Roxburgh stating that I have 14 days to pay the £168 otherwise I will be taken to a small claims court and they will have the parking attendant who issued the ticket there as a witness.
Where do I stand/ what should I do next?

Please don't bump ancient out of date threads. Do a search on graham white £207.25 and you'll see that thousands have had this baseless threat. If you require further advice create a new thread below

Bear in mind that the WORST CASE scenario is they do what they have threatened, take you to court, win and then....you have to pay the ticket, thats all. Its not a criminal matter so don't worry about it. And if this is a common letter then you can be fairly sure its an empty threat. On a side note, I think its pretty disgusting that you have been given a ticket in this way for being at work late! Get the union involved!
