Thanks for askingI was just about too.
Currently, I pay about 98p for Sainsburys basic laundry liquid for the washing machine
Or creme bath/basic hand soap dispensed into the ceramic dispensers for hand washing. I'm always happy to try something cheaper.0 -

Another option is to refill your liquid soap pump with cheap bath foam. I use the same bath foam to refill my showergel bottle too.

I have just tried this trick in the 2 liquid soap dispensers - using sains basics foam bath - both filled with a bit left over for 18p (shh - no one's noticed yet).0 -
If you've got a foaming handwash pump you can fill it 3/4 full with water and just top up with handwash or shampoo and it works out even cheaper.
I fill a foaming pump with water and add a couple of teaspoons of Dr Bronners. I love Dr Bronners, it costs about £5 for a bottle but it lasts for ages because you only use a tiny amount and you can use it for cleaning, laundry, handwash, shower gel and loads more.Dum Spiro Spero0 -

I'm confused why does buying a product in a supermarket make you a genius??????Life is too short to waste a minute of it complaining about bad luck. Find joy in the simple things, show your love for those around you and be grateful for all that you have.0 -
It's £3.05 for 750ml in Waitrose http://www.waitrosedeliver.com/wdeliver/servlet/JSPs/shop/display_ind_fs.jsp?line_number=581461&prrfnbr=3293150

erm isn't that more than hand soap??
I like dr bronner too. I have in the past dissolved lush soap in hot water and put that in a dispenserPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

I can highly recommend Asda's 18 pence a litre "Smart Price" foam bath. If I'm feeling particularly miserly (which is most of the time) I mix it 50/50 with water0

Hi, I've always used creme bath, does the bubble bath work just as well, without bubbling all over the place.
If so, I've been splashing out at 24p a litre from Tesco:eek:
