    I don't buy shower gel anymore. because of a scalp condition I use bodyshop Ginger shampoo, I soak my hair under the shower, use a bit of shampoo and lather up, then use the lather on the rest of me and rinse off.

    I tend to use baby shampoo as shower stuff! whatever gets you clean and doesnt cause a rash!
    I don't think the shower gel police are going to raid your bathroom if you use bubble bath instead hun! if you like it use it I say!

    That Ginger shampoo is, indeed, magical stuff. I do the same :D

    Thanks meg72, meritaten, mmmsnow. All three of you have confirmed that it is ok to use shampoo instead of shower gel.....I am embarrassed to say that I never ever thought of that:doh::doh:
