Hi all.
Had a classic Lupie moment this morning - got Mr LW to scrat around to get the BM down for me (it lives on top of the fridge-freezer when not in use) thinking I had pizza on the meal plan tonight - only after he'd left for work did I realise he's on Late shift today so we have the 2nd half of yesterday's Shepherd Spy for dins, and the pizza is actually scheduled for tomorrow! D'UH!!:D
Not to worry - we're running a tad short of bread, so I've set it to making a loaf.;)
Flying-wise, today's list is all done except scrubbing the porcelain, so I'm off to do that as soon as I've posted this.;)
Hi there LW, nice to see you back, you take it easy. (((hugs)))
Did you know my DS1 reckons that pizza dough tastes better if you leave it to prove overnight in the fridge.:)C.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z # 40 spanner supervisor.No problem can withstand the assault of sustained thought.Only after the last tree has been cut down. Thank you all.
Pigpen. I already have someone that I can go after I sell the house but I need to be divorced first before I can move in
I have been realistic as I know that really I can not afford to keep up the payments on the mortgage long term so need to move and would rather do it sooner than later because of the economy. thank you for allowing me to call him KH. At least KH is now seeing the children every fortnight which is a lot better than every few months. Great as well as I now get time to myself to do what I want.
Seeing as I only want the mule to throw at my solicitor and not one thrown at myself I will also show what I have done flying wise.

I didn't manage to start on the bedroom before lunch, but I *did* sit down and:
* Update my computer for Adobe new version
* Update my computer for the latest batch of Microsoft patches
* Print off a final statement for a savings account we have just closed, and file the paperwork away for my tax return
* Enter the details on my savings spreadsheet
* Finish the washing up
* Have lunch with DH
* Empty the compost bin
* Ring British Gas and get my account linked up for Nectar points (it wasn't letting me do it on-line)
* Wipe the utility room counters
* Clear away all the washing up, once it had air-dried on top of the stove
:T
So I've treated myself to a cup of coffee, and now I think I really must flip round the bedroom. Beds were done at the weekend, so that's one thing crossed off!
Starting at 14:30 - I think it will probably take about an hour
Anyone coming to help me?

sorry to hear your news raphanius, and how nice of you to clear your mum's house up so your family didn't have to deal with it. .Penelope_Penguin wrote: »Sorry to hear that, too

glad you're feeling a bit better xx
You're all lovely. How come it doesn't work when he tells me I'm too good for him? Somehow I need to stop caring about him. He tells me he does care about me but I get upset because he doesn't make me feel like he does. . . He also says it's not fair on me if he does. Anyway, the work got done (after I had a rant about him taking over) but we got side tracked by personal stuff again. Plan is to meet next Tuesday after work and try to work out how to keep work and personal stuff separate.
Washing up done, DW loaded and on, soup heated and eaten. Tonight I either need to plan to get back to my parents or to buy some fruit, veg and juice and stuff that doesn't require effort to cook while I feel grotty.
Next up today - meeting with my boss (many of you will know my opinion of him) then two client calls, then a briefing with the ex....
Coffee queen - that sounds like I've been feeling. Go back to bed. I was worn out after a shower today.
LW - of course we missed you

Catch you all later.0 -

Heres my boy bottom row, middle lad.
They organise this team themselves!
(I'm rather proud of both my kids - especially as DD got GLOWING reports at parent's evening - she works so hard. Let's just hope she doesn't discover boys;))
Bathrrom cleaned, halfway through kitchen decided to ring building soc - got the letter from them posted 4 Jan (I know - queen of procrastination) and dentist (had those letters about 3 weeks...)
plus the head

Afternoon all. Had a busy couple of days so not been on here but for the first time in weeks my ironing is up straight again! I did it at 7.30 and was lovely knowing it was all done. hope I can keep it that way.
Need to make a cake this weekend for DD as she will be 5. Really does not seem possible so will focus on getting the kitchen up straight and sorting a couple of cupboards.
Have been trying to sort out the divorce. It has been nearly a year now since I first started proceeded and know I really do not have the best solicitor. Added to which my darling husband !! has also managed to get a restriction put on the house because of debts. You would think he could spare a thought as it is the house where his children live. Think I really need to move so that I am no longer financially attached to him. Although I still live in hope he may pay child maintenance at some point. Need to chat with him next time he comes and mention that I will be contacting CSA if he does not support his children. Sorry for the rant. Did not intend it to be.
JUST CSA HIM!!!!!
I have a mate whose ex was unreliable at paying for his kids - he'd gone off and joined the RAF and because they weren't married she had no chance that they would deduct the money for her!:mad:
She got fed up of living on the breadline whilst he lived the life of a single bloke so she CSA'd him. She now has a regular income to look after the kids with .... and she smiles too!
My sister came to her own agreement with her ex - he didn't get a solicitor. But he felt he didn't need to pay maintenance for the weeks he took their son on holiday! She regularly had to point out to him that he paid maintenance to ensure that there was a roof over their head - and that that didn't change when their son was at his parents caravan!:mad::jFlylady and proud of it:j0
