    Hello all. Just popping in for my lists; managed to only sleep til 10:00 this morning, and have been doing a few tasks before switching the 'puter on. :o

    Even managed to stretch up high enough to hang the bathroom mats on the line (washed cos we spilt hair colour on on the bath mat on Sunday). :whistle:

    I'm quite pleased with myself, as I'm very scared of being outside on my own;:eek: but it's not as bad if it's the back garden, which is enclosed by a 6 foot fence.

    Whatever else doesn't get done today, I do have to varnish the 2nd side of the last door.:cool:

    I'm wearing a thick purple shawl today, as it's bloomin' freezing! I prefer shawls to cardigans/jumpers when I'm on my own, as I can take them off unaided if I get too warm!;)

    Furball OMG, I hope your Dad is OK.

    Hoping Piggers and family get on OK at the hossy. Once again, I'm grateful to have the list early, as Mr LW's working from home tomorrow, which basically means Flying goes pretty much out of the window!:o

    I'm debating whether the pain in the base of my spine warrants a dose of Oramorph – 'll try and stand it a bit longer, but suspect I may cave.:(

    Good progress this morning. I've also done HHI and am about to commence a second HHI while our tesco dinner for a tenner is in the oven. Then DH is heading to the office and I'm going to M & S to get DD2 some new polo shirts.

    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
    Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
    Shine that stinky sink
    [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe table replacing cloth if necessary.. I want to see pretty tables piles of mail and pens and goodness knows what else has to go!
    [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Clear out a cupboard.. The one with baking supplies or the one with pans and plastic boxes.. GO!! Or you could, if you have one, clear the pantry[/STRIKE]! Did the tupperware/plastic box cupboard last week
    [STRIKE]Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly!
    [/STRIKE]
    Kettle and toaster have been descaled and decrumbed
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
    Wipe the insides of all the cupboard doors!
    Organise any cookery books.. Dusted, destickified and placed back tidily!

    Dejunk window sills



    Extras
    1. Wash/replace any scanky dishclothes/sponges etc
    2. [STRIKE]Throw out those bacteria breeding chipped mugs and plates etc[/STRIKE]
    3. Sort out and restock medicine cupboards Done last week
    4. Wash the brushes, mops, dustpans etc.. how gross do these get?
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Check smoke alarms are working
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Declutter the floordrobe
    Level 2
    Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs.. make sure to do the bed base.. mine was gross
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    15 minutes grotspot clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames dados, picture rails etc



    Extras
    1. fling boogie time, time for that midweek fling, go grab a bag and clear that clutter
    2. Air the duvet.. fling it over the line for half an hour if you can.. fly away bugs!
    3. Clean windows in these rooms
    4. Binbag dance to go to charity shop! Or just general rehoming!

    One load of washing on the line and 4 lots of tulips planted. Only 3 left to go...

    Also did a tiny bit of garden tidying. Hope to do more (and the last three lots of tulips) at lunchtime.

    Back to work for the moment...

    Then again, if the stupid idiot sales person who has set up my next call doesn't back off I might well not bother turning up...

    Hot press now all tidy and a few items found for ebay. :D

    Rhys now away down for a nap so i'll crack on with the washing and back hall, need to refill the stick box.
    Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
    And things go wrong no matter what I do.
    Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
    But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Carrying on until 12.30 when I might do some ironing with a HDD declutter ;)
