    I just need to carry forward & remember I DID make progress.
    I had sat about feeling depressed & just couldn't make myself move till after 4pm. Off uni & not on shift for work, so home supposed to be study leave.

    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
    Level One

    Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
    Level Two
    Clear out a cupboard.. The one with baking supplies or the one with pans and plastic boxes.. GO!! Or you could, if you have one, clear the pantry!
    Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly!
    Level Three
    Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
    Wipe the insides of all the cupboard doors!

    Organise any cookery books.. Dusted, destickified and placed back tidily!
    Dejunk window sills
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames

    Its a bit chilly here this morning but looks like it could be a lovely day, the sun is out and the sky is blue!! Ive got towels to wash so might put them on the washing line to see if they will dry.

    Glad its the kitchen today as I need to get it done before 12 so that I can go and collect a pool table that we won on ebay over the weekend. I dont know just when you think youve got rid of the clutter you buy something else!

    Anyway heres my list

    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
    Level One

    Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly! clean yoghurt maker and seriously consider if it is worth the space it takes up

    4. Wash the brushes, mops, dustpans etc.. how gross do these get? done! I didn't realise my broom handle was white:o
    landing swept and all made ready for new floor in bathroom

    Right... DD1 and DD2 packed off to school. DS is sleeping in his buggy, one cup of tea drunk and now to get butt in gear and unload WM and DW, my mum is over in a bit so she will get half my ironing done for me... I love Tuesdays lol! She has Parkinsons bless her but she still manages to put me to shame when it comes to housework...

  • awww thanks guys :grouphug: Not sure about brave :) me mum said the same thing. Just what needs to be done. (I know, I know, who is this person and what have they done with Nixie??) Worse things happen at sea and other people are far worse off than me. (and massive hugs for them!!)
    Drinking me raspberry leaf tea, tastes like dishwater, must be good for me :j moving on.

    see there was a couple of folks with bad backs today - take it easy (ohh or are you supposed to keep moving? like with whiplash?) hmmm just look after yourselves!

    Right I've made me curry - doesnt taste "quite right" still nice so it'll do. Needs to cool down :)

    Monday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room!
    Level One
    vacuum the floors!
    Level Two
    Vacuum under furniture you can safely move!
    Dust and deweb..
    Level Three
    Polish glass, mirrors and pictures
    Fill a binbag of clutter and fling it
    Extras
    1. 15mins. filing
    2. Wash any soft furnishings that are ickified
    3. If you are able/weather permitting go do your necessary garden jobs.

    im going to try and do all three lists today so i can get some scanning done later ive managed to get most of the backlog of ironing done yesterday so so far ive........
    made Dd bed
    put dogs bedding in washer
    taken Ds to school
    opened all the windows
    deleted 30 emails
    done a bit of a tidy in kitchen
    put dishwasher on
    so next im going to do a HHto see if i can make further progress at 10 ANYONE CARE TO JOIN ME

    Tidy the kitchen.

    Unload/reload DW.
    Wipe surfaces.
    Empty bin
    Sweep & mop kitchen floor.

    [STRIKE]Tidy main bedroom and make bed[/STRIKE].
    Tidy and S&S bathroom.
    Tidy and S&S living room
    S&S study, wipe over PC desk and keep free from clutter.
    Hoover downstairs i.e. living room, hallway, bathroom, dining room and study.
