    Slice them and saute them, with scrambled eggs or whatever you have. Or boil/mash/cool/refry as bubble & squeak.

    Slice thinly or dice into 1cm cubes and fry in oil with chilli powder or flakes.

    Any tinned meat in the cupboard like corned beef?

    Grate and make into small patties and fry in alittle oil wack between buttered bread with alittle ketchup/brown sauce.
    Why pay full price when you may get it YS ;)

    Par boil, dry in pot then slice and fry
    Add to an omlette with any other veg
    Boiled, mashed made into potato cakes/scones
    I'm quite partial to boiled/mashed with cheese or beetroot or anything

    Self confessed potato addict, I'll eat them cold.

  • O dear I am in a desperate way no eggs no bacon only a very little bit of milk left. I have loads of things for dinner due to ys got some stuff for lunch but breakfast just seem to have nothing oops.
