Do you wear your clothes more than once before wash?

At certain times of the month I have to upgrade too. (not just the obvious time.

I work with women, I'm friends with women, I'm related to women, I've lived with women, gone supermarket shopping with women, nipped into Boots with women, and for women, used other women's bathrooms, and I have been on holiday with women - and yes we do talk. About everything.
Each to their own I guess ... I also work with women, am friends with women, am related to women, gone shopping with women etc but I neither know nor care about such things ... I do not wear pantyliners daily & have no idea why you'd want to tbh ...
For the record, socks & undies daily; tops 1-3 days depending on activity (hot & sweaty in summer are worn less than sedentary winter activity!); work trousers or skirts, usually 4-5 days; PJs about a week. A woolly jumper worn over other layers could be a week or so. It goes without saying that something that gets a spill gets changed
I honestly don't care if you think I'm "a minger" - I am perfectly happy with my own habits, the amount I wash etc. You do what you wnat to do & leave me to do my thing.0 -

Well, yes my lovely. Of course.
It's not as if either of us have any say in each other's lives is it?
I'm not sure if it was my post which made you think anyone here might be so judgemental as to think you were a minger, but I can absolutely promise you that I don't.
I used the word about my husband and my husband only - and quite honestly if you smelled him sometimes you might too! I reserve the right to be judgemental about the people I share beds and sofas with and do the laundry of!
Outside of my immediate family - whose lives I think I can have a say in - it's absolutely horses for courses.
As I said earlier.

I also don't understand the panty liner thing. They're horrible things that scrunch themselves up in your knickers and, to me, are just really uncomfortable. I'd use them on a light period day (don't really have periods with the type of pill I'm on) but there's no way I'd want one in every day. Surely they just make you more sweaty down there?
I had a conversation with my mum about this, and I think that she on the whole agrees with me (apart from letting the bedding stay on the bed until it threatens to grow a pair of legs and walk itself to the wash basket that is...). She was telling me about a previous neighbour of hers, who would change her clothes several times a day, and even iron underwear/bedding/tea-towels etc.0 -

I agree with you but I have absolutely no idea if any of the women I know wear them or not. Why on earth would you be discussing such things. Or is it just me.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Ok, I feel I should explain something without making the males of the thread gag. I don't see why grown up women can't discuss such things after all we discuss periods, pregnancy and piles! Some women, myself included have to wear panty liners (actually I find them not enough and opt for sanitary towels!) for those inbetween days because we get a lot of bodily fluids to put it nicely. If you haven't experienced this then you won't understand. Nobody I know suffers with this and it's nice (is that the right word, lol) to read that I'm not alone. I've been to the Drs many times and had tests and they say nothing wrong with me it's just the way I am. I noticed it starting when I went on the pill and now I'm on the depo injection and get no periods I still have this problem. My Dr told me that some women are prone to secrete more than usual but there is nothing wrong medically. lol, I think the only time this will get sorted is when I hit menopause. Oooeerrr.0

You may discuss these things with other women I don't. Can't say about pregnancy as never been pregnant but the others no I wouldn't talk about them to anyone other than my close family ie husband or medical practitioner. Yes some women secrete more than others but that is personal information not for discussion.

Sorry if you were offended but I feel I can discuss any subject and don't see bodily functions as being taboo.0

I couldn't wear STs every day, sounds very uncomfortable! My pantyliners are Bodyform, I find them very good quality.I had a conversation with my mum about this, and I think that she on the whole agrees with me (apart from letting the bedding stay on the bed until it threatens to grow a pair of legs and walk itself to the wash basket that is...). My mum irons towels and tea towels to kill any remaining germs after they've been washed. I don't.
I just know that I lead an active life so I think it must make some heat and sweat and smelliness. I don't have the greatest sense of smell so I err on the side of caution.
We don't have central heating so when I'm in the shops, work, or other people's homes I always feel really hot and bothered. Plus I've started to have hot flushes...!
Sometimes my hubby absolutely stinks but he can't smell it, and I worry that I'm the same, so if in doubt I sling it in the washer.
Oh, I hate it in winter when I'm walking around town and nipping in and out of shops... the heat would make you faint, not to mention sweat rather a lot!!! And if I take off my coat and carry it around the shops I have no hands left to browse!!! Turn down the heat please, shop owners. :mad:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
