al ladies thanks for the suggestions of using henna, but i wont use it as have seen it on other Indian women and where they cover grey hair, it turns out orange. lol.. i went and had my hair done at Tony and Guys in the end. i double checked and asked the lady as i was scared and she said it happens all the time and women only worry about getting a sensitive reaction. hopefully i can leave this for a few months now.:)

anmarj - that's really sad. Hope you got some time to reflect last night after a mad day.

I'm not feeling to good at the mo. Had a major sore throat yesterday which for me is often the forerunner of a stinker of a cold. So I ate a ton of garlic for my tea and went to bed at 5pm - slept till 6am this morning!!

Haven't got a cold as yet but throat is still a bit dodgy. Don't feel right either - a bit sort of light headed and nauseaus. What does morning sickness/nausea feel like? Could that be it?

anmarj, really sorry to hear about your father-in-law. Hope you are all ok. These are sad times and with time, the pain heals. be strong and also look after yourself. Take time to chill out. Hugs

zcrat, hope you feel better soon. You could be having morning sickness also try some hot water with lemon and honey as that is the perfect natural remedy. i hate the taste but it works wonders. Ginger in some tea also helps. i still have my MS at 11 weeks. So i have now had it for 6 weeks as mine started when i was 5 weeks. i woke up this morning, and as i was getting cuddles from DH, i started heaving. its nasty. still finding some foods yuck just sipping some concentrated squash now as i am sat on the laptop. not looking forward to work tomorrow. meh.:( hope everyone is ok.

Thanks Rups - the one pg symptom I've had up till now is waking at 5am regardless of what time I got to bed - from the girl that used to think 8 hours wasn't *quite* enough!!

Feel far less sick this afternoon.

Isn't nausea supposed to dampen your appetite though? I've been soooo hungry it s untrue and eaten sooo much.

That is what I thought Zcrat!! I still feel hungry when i am supposed to and even more nowadays. i just want to eat but I never know what to eat as I feel sick at the same time! :0( i am hungry now. lol
