Not necessarily Rups, you could be one of those lucky ladies who only gets it for a few weeks
Or you could spend all day tomorrow throwing up to make up for having a nice day off
My sickness has been quite bad, but even when it was at it's worst it wasn't all day every day and it varied a lot.
My midwife told me that all sorts of aches and pains are completely normal for pregnancy, but unless I was doubling over in pain and/or bleeding things were probably fine. I found that reassuring when I was having loads of random aches and pains, most of which I later realised were due to wind/bowel issues due to everything getting slowed down.
I know it must be hard when you've had a loss, but try not to worry so muchLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Hello lovely ladies,
May I join please? I did a test last night as I had been feeling sick on Tuesday and Wednesday and was actually sick yesterday. I thought all had logical explanations but the tiny chance I might be pregnant was niggling away in my head so just took a test to rule it out. I was completely shocked when a clear positive came up and then digi said it was 3+ weeks since conception (my cycles were 7 weeks long, then got pg and mc'd in Feb, 1st cycle after mc was 8 weeks so was expecting minimum 7 week cycle but it looks like it was more like a five week cycle!). I burst into tears and DH was all confused saying he thought I would be pleased but I said I was but that I was just completely overwhelmed and shocked!
As I have mentioned I had a mc in February at 5+3 (according to my dates) so am feeling a little cautious but also (strangely) way more excited than last time! I think I might burst though as we have decided against telling DH's family just yet as his brother is getting married tomorrow (:j) and we don't want to steal their thunder, so speak (I don't think they would mind at all but I just feel like its their moment, we can wait a couple of weeks).

Hi walby, and welcome and congrats.
must have been overwhelming but nice too hey?
i had my mc at the same time as you (end of jan), even though my body carried on producing symptoms and i found out at 10 weeks that at 5+? mine had stopped. so i TOTALLY understand where you are coming from and i have my mad moments all the time. The ladies on here are great at calming me (hehe) and I can say that we will have those moments and i just try and think positive that everything will be ok. its the aches and pains that i dont get at times, like today am having different pain, like a proper belly ache (maybe when you have eaten something dodgy or are getting ready for the loo) and i am not sure. Everyone says these aches and pains are normal so will try not to worry unless they are really really bad.
anyway let us all enjoy it together.i am going to be 9 weeks tomorrow.:j

hmmm i kind of feel less nauseous today. is that normal?
Yes, it comes and goes. I remember around 9 weeks having two days when I felt absolutely fine. It sent me into a right old panic! On the third day I was sick as a dog again. Still not sure what was worse, the panic or the sickness...."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

Remember what happened with the pain before? It went away. And so will this. Try to develop some little mantras to reassure yourself."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Hey everyone.
