Hugs for all who need or want them, and postman come quickly vibes for all waiting for scan dates. Sorry to hear about the mess-up at your hospital mishka - hope they manage to sort it out quickly for you. I would also consider putting in a complaint after you were promised an earlier scan too, as the stress this has put you under can't have been good for you.

Thanks, I think im going slightly bonkers with it all Im grieving more and more rather than enjoying it all

I know our chances of the same happening again are 1% but no-one could tell me if we had increased risk of something similar happening, which was supposed to be the whole point of getting an earlier scan !

still at least we have emsbet's good news, gives us all hope

We had to go buy formula today that cost £17.50 for a half can, as the NHS are flaming useless. Then once we'd bought it the HV hits out with "oh we could have given you that on script" :mad: even though we'd been asking for a week. Going to pediatrician on Thursday though

If you have a receipt, you might be able to claim it back again with your exemption certificate. Worth a try.
