The Pregnant Body Book - the complete illustrated guide from conception to birth by DK books
i love this book its got great pictures and takes you step by step development of your baby, also talks about labour, newborn babies and the first 2 years. its a pretty expensive book at £25 - maybe its cheaper on amazon

I found it on Amazon for about £15, but on Ebay via the Works £12.99 free postage. Tried to buy it some probs with Paypal account I think. I have £11.53 from Topcashback so that covers most of it !!

Bargain. The sales are awesome but I'm too scared to buy anything yet tho I did have to buy a maternity bra at four weeks as boons killing me. If you are a reasonable size mother care do cheap bras in two packs nicer than m and s. I am not unfortunately so have to fork out for mine. Peacocks do decent maternity wear. I'm gonna need trousers soon and my local charity shop have some too.

Sugary foods ? Chocolate bleuggh. Can't touch chocolate. Just about manage a haribo at Christmas lol. My poor little after eights still lying untouched. All I eating is toast and oranges lol. The occasional tuna and cheese panini. As long as I don't have to look at it I can eat it lol

just been feeling yucky and feel tired.. was ready to go to bed at 8.30 yest and when i finished the washing up and stuff it was 9.30 and then when i was in bed, i couldnt sleep as hubby can be so noisy and i was awake by then. now is when i want to sleep. i hate feeling queasy though. yuck.. having some tea but i feel yuck. weirdly i am not liking chocolate too as in not having the urge which is great, but i dont know what to eat to make me feel better as there is some weird taste in my mouth. yuck yuck! :-( still waiting for that GP letter. 7 weeks today,

Just awake from my morning nap. Daughter who normally sleeps through night decided to get up at four. No idea why.
Hope you on the decaff tea rups! I finding i drinking big mug of milk with hot chocolate settles me with white toast which is weird cos with my daughter white bread turned me. Couldn't even walk down bakery aisle lol. Also I find oranges help. The wee sweet saysumas tho. Every pregnant woman is different

i am having a normal cup in the morning and i try not having anymore. i was speaking to my hubby's sister in law who has had her baby, and she said last year there were no rules about caffeine and she used to drink moderately. she said its amazing how these different things come out every year, dont eat this or that. i did wonder how people in the old times survived, without scans as well.

i do like the taste of white bread too, with butter yum. i fancy some now but at work. need some crisps.

When I had my First four years ago there were guidance about caffeine but it was just cut down. I normally have two double lattes a day. Missing them. Don't know what I gonna eat when I go back to Uni. Can't afford to get what takes my fancy in canteen everyday but can't face making a packed lunch that I know I'm

i brought in a packed lunch today of chick peas curry and rice and then had some corn and rice cakes crisps with them as am craving crisps. had a yoghurt too. am just so cold in the office. brr. cant wait till tomorrow 5pm. :-)

Oops I lied 24th. No haven't seen midwife. I see her at that appointment when I book in at hospital, have dating scan and bloods done then.

ah i see.. maybe i might follow that same pattern too then hopefully, esp as your EED is 5 days after mine! i cant wait now..

i scared myself earlier at lunch as somehow on the NHS site, managed to find infor about Ectopic pregnancies, and i freaked myself out. because i have been having the side pain on the side, i read the symptoms and freaked out.
