    I had to drag OH away from the fur real kitties last time we were in TrU... and the action figures..God help us if this baby is a boy.

    I have been brave and booked my booking appointment.. in 3 weeks time.. i haven't been that brave though.. I still haven't told OH... How do you tell them? (I should know this lol) Last time I handed him the test stick and said 'I'll make a cuppa while you decide what to do about this.. ' and ran away.. But we have been together less than 2 years.. I was told I couldn't have any more 5 years ago and we have 2 in just over a year... I just don't know what to say..

    I am texting my mother while she is in London next week and not answering my phone lol.

    Well, he's kinda going to notice at some point. :p If I were you, I'd be cooking his favourite meal and offering his favourite beer, tell him and run!! :D Surely, he's going to be fine about it. It's not as if you've got pg on purpose is it.

    Good luck.

    Lol, good idea pigpen! I'm not sure what I'd do in your circumstances other than keep leaving hints, like you're tired, you feel sick, your b o o b s hurt, & see if he puts 2 & 2 together? lol Maybe if he 'diagnoses' you it might be a little easier on him? ;)

    Hey ladies!

    Haven't been around for a few days, have been trying to relax and sleep off the nausea! Had a killer migraine too which is just plain pants but have decided I have to get out of bed and try to do something useful today seeing as I'm back to work tomorrow :( guess I need to make the most of the income though because I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to work in a chip shop! Not so much the lifting and the heat and all the standing up - but the smell! Urg!

    Some great info on the thread though so thanks for that! The whole pushchair/travel system thing is turning into quite a debate in our house! I don't see the point of hydraulic brakes on a pram but hubby has gone a bit macho over it! I'm not quite 6 weeks yet so I've got time to win and get the pretty colour haha :D

    Mmmm - chips............. :D

    My DH surprised me about the pram thing too - I've been looking at them online (he hasn't - won't until he knows all is ok) and I mentioned one that I'd seen that was £400 (thinking he'd hit the roof at the price) - he just said, yeah, that price seems fine.... :eek: Think it is a bit like a car - they want the best wheels they can afford!!

    :D

    I think he knows but isn't asking for confirmation because he too can be in denial as well... afternoon naps and feeling sicky for a week kinda gives it away. I am still breastfeeding so boobs aren't painful thank goodness they were agony when I was pg with her.. and I don't even want to imagine how huge they will end up.. :eek;

    lol, well if he perhaps already has guessed then maybe it not gonna be as bad as you think. sometimes the fear of not knowing the reaction is worse than what actually happens.
