It was yummy if I do say so myself! :) I'm not sure about super healthy mozzy, there was a lot of butter on the potatoes and olive oil in the salad :)

Figured I'd make the most of eating in case nausea kicks in anytime soon ;)

I wouldn't worry too much Emsbet, my midwife told me if you're hungry eat, and even if you're not graze. She also told me not to worry about calories, only fat, so basically eat as much as I felt I needed as it's my baby telling me to eat, just watch fat intake, she said any baby weight from calories would fall off easily.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure if my eating is due to little beanie telling me to eat or due to me just being a piggy. I am going to eat when I need to but not go silly. My sister took the "eating for two" a little too literally when she was pg with her eldest and she's never really managed to shift the weight.

I've been eating alot more than normal but less "rubbish" trying to snack on healthy options like fruit, crackers with philly light etc, but between meals I've been having things like beans on toast and I've lost 3kgs since I found out I was pregnant, not had any sickness either.

I'm 13+2. The midwife was commenting today how my iron levels are the best she's seen in so long, so I must be doing something right :p

Sounds like you're eating all the right things. I need to increase my calcium intake a bit because I have all but cut out tea so I'm only really getting it from my cereal.
So far I've gone with cheddar and milkshake, though may have to start on some yoghurts instead of the milkshake to be less naughty ;)

yay we got the thunderstorm too, thank god as it was soooo warm here! I keep saying im going to start eating healthy but its not happened yet, craving lots of salty savoury foods and it shows as needing to drink more water- oh the joys of pregnancy!

    Morning all!

No thunder here just rain so now it's wet and muggy!

Just had me a bowl or rice krispies with sugar and man did the sugar taste gooooooood! :) I'll probably regret it later when I crash from the sugar high but nevermind! ;)

Hope you are all well and not suffering too much.
